Idyllic - best description of Kathy's place in Sussex in the south of England. Kathy was a great host and the property was amazing; both the Coach House, which was huge and boasted a wonderful kitchen and common areas. We were celebrating the arrival of our first grandbaby, bringing the whole family together (7 + infant) over Christmas and really appreciated all the nice touches, including the beautiful Christmas decorations. Make no mistake, you are in the countryside - with all the peace that comes with it (there is a lively and charming little pub a short distance); and, yet, not really all that far from London and the airports; very accessible. I could go on but Kathy's place was just a perfect retreat and we feel very blessed to have been able to stay at this beautiful property. Thank you, Kathy, to you and your family for a wonderful stay!

Although right in the centre of a busy town, the house was blissfully quiet and we quickly relaxed, enjoying the warm, beautifully furnished, well equipped property. The historic town of Midhurst has lots of character with a thriving high street including many great places to eat and has easy access to stunning surrounding countryside

A very beautiful and unique haven in the countryside. We loved the remote woodland location and spent an idyllic couple of days here relaxing together as a small family. The accommodation had plenty of room for the four of us and we loved being close to nature for a few days enjoying woodland walks on our doorstep. We had everything we needed to cook nice meals and all slept well in the comfortables beds and quiet setting. It was lovely to wake up to the sound of ducks on the lake. James was a great host and very quick to get back to us when we had a query. We'll definitely come back.

The Nest in Chichester Ideal for Goodwood events

The Nest was clean and convenient for our stay for the Goodwood Revival! Claire was communicative and the whole process was very easy and smooth.

Had a really lovely stay, the caravan was well kept and spotless! Very clean bedrooms and bathroom and a lovely balcony area. Warm & cosy and the parking was ideal. Clear instructions on how to check in and find the caravan. I would definitely like to stay again when I'm next in the area!

We loved our stay at Chris’ place. The location is perfect for exploring the Sussex countryside (Petworth, Ridgeview etc all nearby). The house was clean and well equipped, and Chris was communicative throughout. Highly recommend for a relaxing escape from the grind with friends or family - with the added bonus of a village pub in spitting distance!

We recommend this cottage for anyone looking to visit the area and we would be very happy to stay again.

There are plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby and you are close to Chichester. The cottage is beautiful and the site is fabulous. We would love to stay in the same location again

We had a wonderful time in this lovely house with a beautiful view and nature. The house is spacious and very clean and cozy. This place is perfect for those who are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city. Milly and her husband are very helpful and hospitable. The house has everything you need, special thanks to the owners for the croissants with jam and for the milk and juice xxx. We are really liked the cute details in the form of fresh flowers in each room and on the dining table .We hope that we will definitely return to this wonderful place. A great place to come and stay easy to find really good.Carol was a amazing host very welcoming from start to finish and very helpful though out are stay. Very comfy beds loads of choices for breakfast. Will definitely stay again in the future.
