Vacation rentals with a fireplace in West Sussex

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Manor Court. The building (which is really interesting in itself as an old set of squash courts) has been really tastefully converted and is extremely well appointed. We were a group of 9 and all felt very comfortable and had plenty of room. Alison was very forthcoming and helpful with my (several) questions, and the location of the house is fantastic from which to go and explore the Chichester Harbour area. We loved playing cricket in the garden and sitting round the fire pit with a drink, sharing stories! Thanks Alison for a brilliant stay, highly recommended.

Stayed here for two nights to attend a wedding at Steep Marsh, the next village over. It was perfect for our needs. Very clean and uncluttered and aesthetically pleasing. Host kindly let us in a little earlier which was great. It did get quite warm in the hot weather because of all the skylights. We kept the door and the bedroom windows open until bedtime to draw some cool air through.

Thi communicated fantastically throughout the process. The home was very clean and within walking distance from Chichester station. The complimentary food and fresh flowers were a great touch.

A lovely few nights at The Salt Shack. Great location for beach fun. Karen’s communications were spot on and very quick. The facilities are great , clean, modern and stylish. The cupboards are well equipped with all you’ll need. Local shops and cafes are close and plentiful. We especially enjoyed Billy’s on the beach for its menu , service and Sufy vibe. Our granddaughter loved the sand play area and the outside surfboard shower with hit water ! Kurfürstendamm venture to this area and will be back for more I’m sure.

We had a fantastic stay at Charlie & Geouff’s spacious modern bungalow! The space was beautifully designed and spotless, with a superb kitchen that had everything we needed and more. The highlight was definitely the hot tub and the outdoor bbq – the perfect way to relax after a day out. Every detail was thought through for comfort and convenience. Highly recommend and we would absolutely return!

We’d highly recommend this house- it is very picturesque and has stunning views. The bonus of the heated outdoor pool was fantastic! Steve & Susan were attentive and accommodating hosts 😊

We had a fabulous stay in this spacious, comfortable and stylish home. Everything was exactly as described and more. Bread, butter, milk and wine, as well as an earlier arrrival time, was much appreciated. Very speedy responses from Geoff to any queries we had. Great house and host. Beautiful surroundings. Easy to find the house. Good restaurants not too far. Ali lives next door so it is easy to walk there if you need anything. People who work and coming at the farm are very nice & friendly. Only one thing to remind is it is a bit difficult to get phone signal around the area but the WiFi in house is strong. So if you rent a car, try to get one with navigation.

Fantastic place with everything you need. Great location very close to the train station and the city centre. The check-in was easy and convenient. I really recommend this place!

Our stay at Peter’s was faultless. Both had a very relaxed and pleasant stay; the flat felt instantly homely as soon as we arrived. Amazing location for amenities in such a lovely neighbourhood, with lots of recommendations from Pete. Would be more than happy to stay again :)

A lovely weekend away with the dogs, staying in the most unique little Airbnb — a beautifully converted train carriage 🚃. Just what we needed: complete rest,— just us, the dogs, a good book 📕, Blissful beach walks and total switch-off mode. 🐾🌊📖 And train is quirky and fun with a beautiful roll top bath and a outside shower which was amazing this is actually our second visit here as we loved it so much the first time we couldn’t wait To come back and visit again

Lovely apartment by Worthing seafront, with all the comforts needed for a short stay. Super clean , all very new. The hosts were quick in communications and instructions to access very clear. We would have loved a little “welcome breakfast” kit , as we arrived late evening with a kid , and we did not have time for food shopping. Overall, very nice place to stay!

Great apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. Location was close to the beach, bars and restaurants and easy to get to both Brighton and Hove. We absolutely loved Joanna's place and had a great weekend. It was extremely comfortable and in the perfect position to enjoy the beach and everything around us. Our dogs were also very happy and the garden was safe and secure for them with a bit of grass. The house is well laid out. The bedroom was comfortable and the linen first class. Joanna was helpful and welcoming and available at all times. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at the beach. Such a beautiful location and so different than our sand beaches we have in the US. The rocky beach may not be for everyone but it was perfect for us as we weren't going to be swimming in April anyways. The house itself was wonderful and inviting - nothing bad to say about it.
