Situated 2 miles from the pretty, historic town of Emsworth, it's a short walk to the seafront and the beautiful Chichester harbour, known for its unspoilt coastal landscape and a haven for local wildlife. The area is perfect for walking, boating, cycling and sightseeing. Chichester, Portsmouth, and Goodwood are nearby as well as the award winning beaches of West Witterings.

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. The Shed down the Field .Hidden gem private garden

The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

The Pool House (for 2 Adults & 2 Children)

This unique, Architect designed self contained building, has a style all of its own. With an open plan kitchenette and island unit, including an oven, microwave, hob and fridge freezer, you can dine in or go out to the Market Town of Petersfield. The lounge area has a 72" TV with a full sky package and spare HDMI leads. There is a walk in shower wet room and a separate cloakroom. The bedroom is cosy, with a king size bed. There is a separate area with bunkbeds, for smaller children.

Middle Barn is a cosy, compact detached barn set in the grounds of a country house near Chichester (the sister property to Little Barn). Middle barn is designed for 4 people. The Barn has a well equipped, open plan kitchen, sitting room with wood burning stove, TV, wifi, dining room. Snuggle up & watch the the herd of wild deer grazing nearby. Stay in late summer & you may be lucky enough to watch the young fawns playing while you enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast.

Cute & Cozy - 1 double bedroom guesthouse

This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest. Light and airy self-contained annexe with stunning views of the River Arun from the bedroom. Attached to our family home but with your own entrance and off-road parking. You're welcome to launch your Kayak/SUP straight onto the Arun from the bottom of our garden (please just let us know if you plan to). The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, oven/hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. We provide cereals, milk, tea & coffee.
