Vacation rentals with a sauna in West Sussex

We had such a wonderful weekend away here! The space was bright, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was a few minutes walk from shops, bakeries, cafes and other delicious places to eat - not to mention right next to the beach! It was a 15-20 min walk from the centre/theatre/main restaurants too which was really lovely. Juliette was friendly and responsive - the perfect host!

Had a lovely stay here as a part of a small hen celebration. Hosts were great in the lead up with all my questions and also prompt to response during our stay too. Great location, great value for money. Definitely recommend :-)

We had a lovely stay in this beautifully decorated caravan. It was homely, cosy, clean and full of thoughtful personal touches from the owner. Everything felt very welcoming and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is fantastic - just a short walk to the beach and the swimming pool. On rainy days and quiet evenings, we really appreciated the selection of DVDs, books and board games. Not far from the caravan, we also had a great time fossil hunting at Bracklesham Bay and enjoyed tea and scones at the Bracklesham Tea Room and Garden. Thank you so much for everything, we’d love to return!

Kate was the perfect host, super welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The flat is on the bottom floor of her home but still feels completely private and separate. She has decorated the place beautifully which really made us feel at home. It’s clear she has an amazing eye for detail. The flat has everything you could possibly need during your visit. We especially enjoyed coming back to the flat after diner to sit by the chiminea. It made our trip just that extra bit special. It was super easy to check-in and check-out with clear instructions. Kate even recommended us lots of places to eat and things to do. On our first night we went to Semola, one of her suggestions, which was one of the best Italians we’ve had in a while. If you’re planning a trip to Brighton the location is ideal. A short scenic walk along the coast takes you straight into the city centre. All in all, we will definitely be returning and couldn’t recommend the place more.

I had a lovely stay for a couple of nights in Brighton where there were plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance! Bernd was a friendly host meeting us on arrival and showing us around the property. He was always responsive with messaging and great with our check-in times. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would come back again!

The Hideaway is a perfect little spot to run away to. it's in an incredibly beautiful spot and super quiet. it's a lovely little walk to the village of Graffham (Cheryl gave us excellent instructions) there is a cute little village shop that does coffees and sells all that you could need. The Forrester's Arms is a lovely pub but we ate at the Woodcote which was excellent. The space is large and comfortable. The sofas are perfect for a nap as they are massive. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. The shower was lush as were the faith in nature smelly bits. would completely recommend

Very pleasant lounge and kitchen which was great for relaxing. Hot Tub and Sauna are added bonuses that provide a great addition to a relaxing stay

Family trip with another family to celebrate a 50th birthday. Helpful and informative comms from Julia including some great tips on where to visit. A lovely sized and well equipped contemporary house which was perfect for our stay. Kids loved the trampoline and huge cinema like TV. 5yr old loved the dinosaur bed and toys. We loved the super comfy bed and the later check out.

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

Nina and Alex were extremely helpful fom start to finish - from flexible check in and great instructions pre-arrival, help with parking and local advice, through suggesting migraine remedies (over and above) and flexible checkout. Helpful, jolly and available throughout :) The house is wonderful - three stories with sunny patio, many pleasant bedrooms and amazing amenities. Table tennis, table football, huge TV and all possible comforts in a beautifully designed family home. It's a five minute walk from the beach, and three minutes walk from a bank of shops, cafes and restaurants that served us well on day one before we started exploring, and of course after that you have all of Brighton and Hove to play with. Strong recommend :)

We stayed at Rachel's place for my birthday and I couldn't have picked anywhere more relaxing :) The sauna was absolutely perfect and the pink interior sauna lighting was great. You even get a choice of different essential oils to add depending on your mood. The garden is really zen. Comfortable loungers and chairs. Host was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Rachel was always checking in to see if things were going okay throughout our stay. The bed sheets were unbelievable soft and the shower/baths were a really nice touch too. Everything felt really spacious and comfortable. Preston Park station is a 1 minute walk away from the air bnb so you can hop on a cheap train to Brighton instead of walking/driving. We did this a couple of times. Very easy to do. All in all, a great stay and we will definitely be coming back!!

Was a joy to spend time at Forest Fall, a very peaceful setting and a beautiful home.

Stephanie has been very helpful and communicative, but has also respected my privacy. I can’t stress enough what a beautiful location this is, great for walking and very peaceful. But it is also very convenient for the station which has been important for me as I work in London. My stay was for 3 months and it has truly felt like a home from home.
