We had a lovely stay here. Geoff gave really good instructions for check in and even let us know the place would be ready earlier. Beautiful location, particularly to watch the sunset. Easy to access brighton beach and centre and perfect for a short getaway. Hope to return in the future!

A lovely little flat right in the middle of the laines. We had a great stay. The flat is gorgeous and the hosts were very accommodating with some really nice treats left for us. The ladies at the Flower Pot were also super friendly and helpful: thank you so much!

Everything went very smoothly. The flat is compact but very well designed, with everything we needed (even down to the extra utility space with washing machine). I'd been told that parking can be a bit competitive nearby, but the host supplied a digital permit and we didn't have a problem finding a space, usually finding the one just outside the flat available.

Three of my friends and I stayed at Maxwell’s Airbnb for pride weekend. It was a last minute booking for a central apartment over looking the city. His responses were very quick from initial booking all the way till the end of our stay. The flat was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a weekend getaway. Thank you Maxwell for letting us stay there!

A fantastic little spot – spacious with everything you could need, and it's just a short stroll away from the beach, cute cafes and several bars. We walked down to the beach in the mornings to see the sunrise, then later went for a quick dip before using the sauna that's next to the Salt Kiosk. Ideal. We enjoyed a wonderful stay for my friend’s 40th birthday in Brighton. The location is absolutely brilliant, and the apartment had everything we needed. We had a couple of tiny things we needed to contact the hosts about and they were incredibly responsive, answering messages so quickly and clearly. We would highly recommend and would love to come back in the future :)

I almost don’t want to give a shining review and keep this gem for myself. We loved this little flat, it’s in the perfect location just off the main road so it’s nice and quiet. The kitchen is wonderful and well equipped. We will definitely be staying again.

We had a lovely long-weekend stay at Jodie’s along with our family, including grandchildren. The house was spacious, very well equipped and comfortable. Our two year old grandson was thrilled with the array of toys: so much so that he wasn’t too keen to go out! But venture out we did - walks along the sea front and into the surrounding countryside, and then cosy evenings back at the house in front of a log fire. Perfect way to spend family time.

The house and it's location is lovely, and to wake up to the view of the sea from the master bedroom each morning was wonderful. It was extremely windy and the sea was rough when we stayed, but we still managed to get in the sea every morning. We took our own wetsuits, but there are plenty of wetsuits there for guests to use and a great drying room for drying wetsuits etc. The house has everything you could possibly need. One thing I would point out, we were a family with ages ranging from 71 to 2 yrs old, there are a lot of stairs which weren't a problem for us, but should be taken into account.

We were 11 of us. It was nice. Mark was so friendly, responsive and helpful. I would recommend to book this place. Nice garden. You can park three cars at the front. Everyone loved the place. Good for large group.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Hanna's apartment for a period of a month. The moment we arrived, the house felt warm and welcoming, setting a positive tone for our visit. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect home base for the three of us. The house was very convenient, with everything functioning perfectly. At the back, there’s a beautifully sloped garden that feels like being surrounded by nature, along with a charming summer house ideal for days with nice weather. Even though our stay coincided with cold and stormy weather, we still appreciated the garden's atmosphere. The designated parking area was also very helpful, especially when we rented a car during part of our stay. In summary, we lacked nothing, and our stay was very pleasant. It truly felt like a home away from home. When we return to the area, we will definitely try to stay here again.

Lovely stay in the flat - place was clean and tidy and felt right at home. Buses are within a 5 min walk so getting into Brighton town centre/beach by public transport was easy. 10/10 would stay here again

We had a brilliant weekend in Ferring. Weather was perfect, house was perfect, beach was perfect, Bluebird cafe was perfect. Added bonus was the Indian restaurant just outside the back garden gate delivered our dinner to the garden. Low tide was early afternoon which was ideal, we were able to do some investigation in the rock pools and managed to find crabs, fish, prawn looking things and an eel. Thank you for letting us stay

Candida was responsive to all our queries before our stay and as we had elderly parents over Christmas she had the heating going full blast and the stove primed - we were very warm and cosy! Bedrooms are very comfy, excellent WiFi and there’s plenty of hot water. We had a couple of minor issues that were sorted immediately and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If guests come with dogs they should be aware of the family shoot infrastructure nearby so between September and January your pooch need to be kept under control- especially my rather wild dachshund! All in all a lovely place to stay - very rustic but everything works. Many thanks Candida for letting us spend Christmas in your lovely cottage

Great stay, would highly recommend. Great value for money. Only issue would be cooking appliances... one small frying pan and sauce pan only, no spatula... however, we made it work with what we did have to use, so it was not an overly issue for us at all. The price of the property and what it had to offer is disregarded this minor fault. supermarket across the road this is ideal. Communication is super fast! Thank you for accommodating.

Ziggy is a great host. She is extremely feiendly and welcoming. Her place is similar to the description and the photos. Despite not being very central, the location is great as there are plenty of buses to Hove and Brighton within a short walk at any time during the day. Also very close to the train station (to London Victoria !). I fell in love with the Jaccuzi bath. The direct access to the garden from the room is also enjoyable.

Hayley has been an amazing host from start to finish with great communication and very helpful. Hayley’s place is a little gem! Very cosy and homely in a really convenient location.

Perfect for a short or long stay in Hove

I had such a lovely stay at Janet’s place! The house was beautiful, and the view was absolutely stunning. Janet was incredibly sweet and friendly — she offered great recommendations and was always happy to help. The location is perfect too, close to everything you need. Brighton itself is a gorgeous city, and staying here made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Ryan’s place was just what we were looking for. Apartment is very clean & modern, with a lift & private parking, would definitely recommend Ryan’s apartment if you’re in the area.
