Waterfront vacation rentals in Tyrolean Oberland

For skiing, we were in Leutasch at the end of February 2025 and found a very nice apartment to the accommodation. It is designed according to the surroundings, which means that a lot of wood or regional materials have been used. In addition to a high quality high chair, we were also able to use a clothes rack. the only downside: we couldn't find a way to reduce the heating.

We were very comfortable as a small family! Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Apartment is well-equipped and also suitable for babies (baby bed, changing area, etc.). Endless excursion options.

We had a wonderful stay in the Allgäu. The apartment is very well maintained, newly renovated and lovingly furnished overlooking the countryside and the lake. We were warmly welcomed. You can go on bike tours, go hiking in the nearby hills and mountains. At the many small lakes there are great swimming opportunities in warmer temperatures. Shopping and fine restaurants are available in the village of Oy-Mittelberg. Surrounding villages and cities can be easily visited. Thank you very much - we'll be back.

This beautiful space is even better than the photos! It has a walking path just outside that you can use to take to the Partnach Gorge. It was so clean and we felt right at home! Highly recommend! We would love to stay here again!

Top apartment with private entrance. Great, we were able to leave our bike rack for the trailer hitch in the garage and safely park the bikes. The kitchen was super equipped. Rike & Walter are great hosts, thanks for the time!

Beautiful apartment in convenient but quiet location. Ischgl is accessible on the local ski bus which was only 5 minutes away. Michaela was a wonderful and attentive host who was very responsive to all our questions and queries. Had a fabulous stay, would recommend highly.

We were allowed to spend a few great days in beautiful Allgäu. We immediately felt very comfortable in Alexander's apartment. He is a pleasant host. Everything worked out! Due to the great and easy to use wood stove in the living room, we often had a nice fire in the evening, which we appreciate very much in winter days. The location has a super equipped kitchen, hammer good barista coffee and is also dog friendly. The bedding and mattresses were top notch. There is no unnecessary clutter in the house. We'd love to come back anytime!

We stayed 3 nights in apartment 8. The apartment was on the top floor overlooking the slopes and has a balcony. Spacious enough for four of us. It is about a 10 minute walk to the gondola with the ski equipment. Furthermore, a great base for Ehrwald and the glacier.

It’s a huge private property with great price for the value. The equipment of the kitchen is great, the rooms were very clean. Facilities for children to play right in the garden. I nearby ski piste (Serlesbahnen) is great for small kids to learn, the magic carpet is right near the parking lot, no need to take the cabin.

Beautiful house and surroundings. The view from the backyard is unmatched! And the house felt like home. Plenty of rooms for everyone in our group, with extra living space inside and out. The kids loved the board games and they kept them entertained between outings. We would absolutely stay there again!

It is fantastic, especially the roof terrace with the panoramic mountain view is absolutely amazing! The location is right in nature with easy access to shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed time with 4 families with infants (1.5-4 years)! There was plenty of room for everyone and you feel right at home. For children, everything from baby beds, high chairs to toys is available, also a playground is right around the corner! Communication with the hosts is super fast and straightforward, they are always available, super friendly and happy to help out. We would come back anytime and highly recommend it! We highly recommend Veronika's accommodation for a stay in the area. We were 2 couples with 2 children and we loved this place. Very spacious, very well-equipped (especially for children) and clean. We felt great. Close to a few restaurants, we were able to enjoy the nearby playground.

The place fully corresponds to the description and the pictures. Communication with the hosts worked out great and uncomplicated. The apartment is in the center of Immenstadt with all the advantages and disadvantages that a central apartment has. So actually everything in Immenstadt is within walking distance, but you also have to accept a corresponding noise level when the first shops open early. We would recommend the apartment. Even with a baby you can live there super and take various excursions in the Upper Allgäu.

The accommodation offers everything you need and is very clean. The view from the balcony is fantastic. We traveled by bus, train and on foot and had no problems at all, as the train station is not far away and there are also shops in the village. Martin and Lisa were super friendly and helpful, so we felt very comfortable! Glad to come back!

I had a wonderful stay at Christa's apartment! The place is 100% the description and the photos, I immediately felt at home. I would especially like to emphasize the incredibly nice and at the same time professional contact with the hostess Christa. Although she was on vacation herself, I was able to reach her at any time, the communication was perfect and the check-in couldn't have gone better: Great praise! I highly recommend this place and hope to return on my own one day!!

Eric's place was very tidy, had all the advertised amenities. One does need a car though, especially if going for skiing. The surroundings are very peaceful, I strongly recommend Eric's place.

Very nice apartment overlooking the lake. Parking available. In the kitchen, there was everything you needed in terms of kitchen utensils. The village shop and village cafe are a 2-minute walk away. Has now reopened with new owners. We would come back anytime.

we stayed with 3 people in the apartment. The sofa bed with topper is a great place to sleep for the 3rd and possibly 4th person. Everything is present in the apartment and it is very clean. A perfect stay for skiing in Seefeld. Also nice base for hiking in the karwendel area. Jan responds quickly and is friendly. Great price-quality ratio.
