The 23 newly renovated apartment for 1 to 4 people offers a spacious living room with double sofa bed (140 × 200 cm) and south-facing balcony, as well as the bedroom with double bed, sink and south-east balcony ensure your relaxation. You dine in the fully equipped kitchen with spacious and cozy dining area and south-east balcony. There is also a bathroom with tub and shower and a separate toilet, as well as a hallway with a wardrobe and additional large built-in closet are available.

Quietly located, bright garconniere with balcony

Friendly, bright, quiet garconniere with balcony. The place is ideal for a stopover passing through. Kühtai, Seefeld and Hochötz ski resorts are a 30-minute drive away. Also other ski resorts, the Ötztal, a golf course and the Area47 are close by. The accommodation is located directly on Inntalradweg. Mötz is about 35 km west of Innsbruck, by car 25 minutes by car. The train station is a 10-minute walk from the property, and Innsbruck can be reached in about 35 minutes by train.

This old building apartment has been newly and lovingly renovated by me and offers an unforgettable, unobstructed view with a south-facing balcony. I'm sure you'll love my home as much as I do. Hikes or bike rides can start right outside the front door, and the ski slopes are just a large meadow away. The nearest bus station is only about 200m away. In bad weather, there is a big TV with Netflix and fast wifi.

Well welcome in the Pfrontener Dorfteil Steinach. The apartment, which is located in one of the oldest houses in Pfronten, was renovated in August 2020, yet not everything is new: the old wooden beams bear witness to the long house history, the furniture is made of old or upcycled, the kitchen equipped with used but well preserved and of course absolutely clean utensils.
