Holiday flats on the Arlberg. On a south-facing slope, close to the centre of Warth (6 min. walk). Inns, alpine dairy & supermarket are within easy reach. Also the station of the ski lift "Dorfbahn". A ski depot is available to our guests there in winter. In summer, the famous Lechweg trail leads right past us. The ideal place to explore various stages from here. Use of the SteffisalpExpress mountain railway incl. in summer (mid-June to mid-Oct)!. Dogs are charged separately at € 20.00 p. n.

The apartment is located in the middle of Telfs right next to the church (for those who have been to Telfs before), one street further you will find the new meeting zone of Telfs. There you will find restaurants, clothing shops, tobacco shops etc. At the end of the meeting zone is the shopping centre '‘ Intalcenter ‘‘ and directly behind it the newly built swimming pool (with sauna relaxation etc.). The apartment itself is fully equipped with everything you need :).

The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. UlMi´s Tiny Haus

company Wohnwagon. I am equipped with a cozy double bed. Cooking on a wood or gas stove. I am heated with a wood stove or infrared heater. The shower is also a gem. The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.
