A double sofa bed in one of the bedrooms can be set up as an extra. It has direct access to a lovely garden with lounge and barbecue. Other facilities in common with the other 4 flats are a large Boots/Ski-room, a breakfast room, a Sauna, Gym, and the private Parking in front of the house. The lifts are a very short 5 mn walk away.

The penthouse is part of a residential complex in Runhof. 20min walk to Längenfeld or 12min with the bus to Sölden. The bus stop is just 150 meters away. The layout is spacious, with wooden floors, all the way around a balcony and a great south facing terrace. Fantastic views on all sides all year round!
