Greetings from God at Apart Marie-Therese in Umhausen. Our house has three wonderfully, modernly equipped apartments that are excellent with 4 nobility. Each apartment has a double bedroom with its own bathroom, spacious kitchenette, living area and balcony with mountain views. Playground at the house. We are bike home partner: lockable storage room, laundry service (for a fee), bike assembly stand incl. tools.

S'Gmiatli means the cozy one, newly renovated in 2015, a cozy little mountain hut, south facing , approx. 25 m² The studio is equipped with a living/sleeping room with kitchen (coffee machine, water kettle, dishwasher, microwave), shower and toilet in an extra room, small balcony, wooden bed and floor, HD - Flatscreen-TV, radio and hairdryer. Have a look out of the window and watch people skiing

All rooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, sitting area, WiFi, TV and double bed. All rooms have a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. We have a house bar in the basement where you can enjoy a beer/cocktail or other drink in the afternoon/evening. In the morning breakfast is included and you can enjoy a breakfast buffet. No extensive luxury, but lots of fun!

Our great new room with a big terrace offers you a big queen size bed and a sleeping sofa for a third person. Breakfast is included and in summer you can use our pool and our hammocks on the backside of our house. Right outside your room you can find a little kitchen with a water boiler, microwave and fridge. Wifi and cable TV is included.

Deluxe Chalet - Lots of comfort and space

The Deluxe Chalets (60-81 sqm) have a separate living area with cozy sofa bed, a kitchen with dining area and a beautiful balcony with great mountain views. Bathroom with separate toilet, large steam shower (steam room) and Finnish sauna. Extra bathtub and fireplace on request.
