It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. Our 2020 renovated apartment has sun from early to late. It is located directly in the Merano 2000 ski and hiking area. You are located at an altitude of over 1900 m. In other words, in summer you can start hiking right away. Picnic or stop at one of the inns. In winter, you start in front of the house with the skis, snowboard or sled. Or you can chill - enjoy the fantastic mountain views, the pure air, pure nature and relax! There are many possibilities. - TV works too!

The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a washing machine as well as a TV. In addition, a private sauna is available for your use.
