The studio with direct access from the outdoor terrace is a 3-minute drive from Oetz, where you will find shops and restaurants, a 5-minute walk from Lake Piburger See, which is suitable for swimming (24 degrees), fishing and ice skating in winter. In Piburg, there is a possibility of dining in two restaurants - 3 minutes' walk. The Hochoetz ski resort, connected to the Kühtai resort, is 2 km away, Sölden can be reached in 30 minutes or you can use the free ski bus in front of the building. Spa lovers will be delighted by the famous Aqua Dome-15 km

Alpenglueck Garmisch, attic holiday apartment

New construction attic 3 room holiday flat of 70sqm with loggia and view to Alpspitze and Zugspitze (Top of Germany). Garmisch-Partenkirchen, 500m, 5 minutes walk to the train station with regional trains to Munich and Innsbruck, bus (Flixbus to Munich Airport) as well as a 10 minutes walk to the Zugspitzbahn station. The Zugspitzbahn cog railway goes directly up to the glacier of the Zugspitze or to Lake Eibsee with transfer option to the Zugspitze summit . This is a non-smoking holiday flat.

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

The 40 m² apartment + 10 m² balcony is located in a residential complex that is about 700 m from the Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenbergbahn. The environment is perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking, biking. The pool and sauna can be reached via a basement corridor. On the outdoor area there is a barbecue area, tennis court, mini golf course. Important: In November, the pool & large sauna are closed due to maintenance from about 11/5. The small sauna (up to 4 people) remains open.

Living next to the King

Live in the König's (King's) neighborhood. In 15 minutes, you can walk to Hohenschwangau, as a starting point to Neuschwanstein Castle and Hohenschwangau Castle. In 5 minutes you can reach Schwangau, the village of the royal castles with the castle brewery that spoils you with Bavarian specialties. The historic old town of Füssen with many restaurants, shops, supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Arrival via the A7, exit Füssen, keep following the signs "Königschlösser"

Modern apartment right on the Lech. The apartment consists of a modern kitchen , a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an entrance area with a cloakroom. The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor. Above the Lech you can enjoy a romantic view of the former monastery of St. Mang and the High Castle at your feet. Shopping, strolling, dining out... possible without transportation.

A view that can be seen of the beautiful Alpsee. Immenstadt is about 2 km away and offers shopping as well as many attractions. Bühl with its many leisure attractions is a few minutes walk away. Many sports activities are offered in summer and winter: sailing, skiing (mountains easily accessible by car), cross-country skiing, water skiing, hiking, summer toboggan run and much more. The apartment is newly renovated and offers you the most beautiful sunsets.

The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. The listed Straubingerhaus is a former farm, family-owned since 1896, and has been lovingly renovated in the past two years. Now our 3 apartments are ready and we can welcome the first guests. We warmly welcome you directly at Lake Forggensee in the village of the royal castles in the mini, mountain or lake apartment. The Straubingerhaus is located directly on the Forggensee, at the foot of Neuschwanstein Castle. Thus, hiking and swimming are possible.

Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the first floor directly on the shore of Lake Forggen with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.

You can reach the ski stadium, the Partnach Gorge and the Eckbauerbahn in about 10-15 minutes' walk. The balcony offers magnificent views of the mountains. The center of Garmisch, as well as the center of Partenkirchen, can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes on foot.
