Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Tulum

A truly perfect experience from beginning to end. I took my mom and a group of her friends here for a 60th celebration and everyone was so blown away. We felt so safe and comfortable the entire time. All of their suggestions were outstanding. Would absolutely recommend and am planning on coming back!

Omar was a great host , any problems we had he fixed it right away . Spent my 30th birthday here and felt right at home . House is very beautiful and when we return we will book here again .

If you are able to book this incredible location, DO IT! Perfect location, beautiful outdoor space, wonderful interior design, EXACTLY what we needed for a relaxing and refreshing vacation. Mirko is a tremendous host! His recommendations were SO incredibly valuable and spot-on! We were so relieved to have such wonderful suggestions for activities and restaurants; not having to spend time researching on where to eat and what to do was PRICELESS. We can't thank Mirko enough!

We were a group of 11 family members that had a great time at the house. Secluded, peaceful and gorgeous modern minimalist architecture. Responsive host and easy to find. Would rent again without blinking.

What a great time! Tanya was an excellent host and gave instructions and recommendations for everything we needed. The casita was adorable and the pool area was so relaxing. Tanya furnished groceries and the cupboards contained many basics presumably left from other guests: extra sunscreen, sunhats, vegetable oil, shower supplies, etc. All-in-all we had a fantastic trip! No regrets

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place! Visiting Mexico was already amazing, but staying in Tulum made the experience even more special. The atmosphere was peaceful and exactly what I needed to relax and recharge. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay, making me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

The place is really great and worth the price! Be aware, you should rent motorbike or VUS. The place is really far from the city, and the taxi are expansives.

We had a truly wonderful stay. The space was beyond beautiful—an organic, tranquil oasis tucked right in the heart of Tulum. Every detail made it feel peaceful and thoughtfully designed. What really stood out was the host. She was incredibly sweet and supportive, especially when we ran into some unexpected trouble (our car was impounded while in downtown Tulum—nothing to do with the Airbnb). She went out of her way to help us navigate the situation and made a stressful moment feel a lot more manageable. We’ll absolutely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a calming, beautiful retreat with a truly caring host.

This was my second time staying at this apartment, and I loved it so much the first time that I brought my husband back for his birthday, just two and a half months after visiting with my sister. That said, there are a few things first-time visitors should know: 1. Rent a car. The apartment is in a more remote area, and the road leading in is unpaved. It’s not difficult, but it might feel unfamiliar if you’re not used to driving on dirt roads. A rental car gives you flexibility and peace of mind. I wouldn’t recommend using taxis every time you want to go to the beach or into town—it adds up quickly and limits your freedom. 2. Fly into Tulum Airport. Now that the Tulum airport is open, it's only about 35–40 minutes away from the apartment. You’re only just a few miles from the beach and very close to the town, where you’ll find great restaurants, shops, and a more local vibe. If you’re a fan of Thai food, I highly recommend Sukhothai—it’s about a 10-minute drive. Overall! Great!!

We loved our stay here! The place is lovely, quiet and safe. The local area had some great food options within walking distance, and it was perfectly located between downtown Tulum and the beaches. Fernando was a great host - he’s super friendly and extremely helpful with transportation and recommendations. Would highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!

Everything is very nice and the host is very friendly. The condominium and apartment are very well-equipped, comfortable and tasteful. It's not very close to walk since the area is still under construction. But there is a silence that brings peace. Consider that this area of Tulum is common to have blackouts and in our case it happened for many hours, but at least that condominium was immediately restored with all amenities. Kevin’s place was perfect for our long weekend! Only 3 blocks away from 7 sur; the main road in La Veleta with lots of shops and restaurants. The apartment was perfect for what we needed and the bed was so comfortable. The building was beautiful with lots of greenery all around. We will definitely stay again! Thank you, Kevin!

Everything was excellent, Paulina was always helpful. The apartment is amazing, the beds are very comfortable and it has everything you need to have a great time…. In the complex there are good restaurants for breakfast, highly recommended, I would return on my next visit to Tulum.

STUNNING cute colorful very comfortable and modern apartment, literally steps from the beach. I live in Tulum and it is very hard to find something close to the beach, in fact there is nothing close to the beach besides very expensive hotels with lots of mosquitos. This studio is a wonderful treat. Sonny set up charging cables, a speaker, pool towels (by the way, the pool is breath taking, it literally has a BRIDGE you can swim over to the second building, along with ocean breeze), the bathroom has hot water, soaps, fast internet, everything is perfectly set up for a beach getaway. Sonny even got us into a beach club walking distance. Amazing host and apartment! The building is brand new and has an elevator that takes you to the rooftop from where you can literally see the ocean.

Everything is very good

Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. They were always available to answer any questions, offer fantastic local recommendations, and made sure every detail of our trip was smooth and stress free. It truly felt like staying with a friend who wanted us to experience the best of Tulum.

Loved staying at Martin & Alan’s place, and we would definitely return. The condo was well secured, safe, clean, and not to mention gorgeous! Loved the private plunge pool, and we really appreciated the complimentary items such as ample toiletries, paper towel, kitchen items, and extra towels + blanket! Only thing i’d note is that the stairs to the roof plunge pool are quite narrow, so be mindful of that when booking. The shared pool was also really awesome.

This is the second time I have stayed in this apartment. I really like the place. We'll be back! Thank you!
