Vacation rentals with a home theater in Tulum

A perfect place to have a wonderful vacation! The loft was impeccably clean (A1), which immediately gives confidence. The location is excellent, with a 24/7 security service and a thoughtful team that accompanies us throughout the stay. The owner stands out for his speed in responding and his availability — always a clear and quick response, which is very reassuring. Close to everything, but I highly recommend renting a bike, motorbike or car to fully enjoy the area at your own pace. A very pleasant experience from start to finish — I recommend this place without hesitation!

Day y Onyl’s apartment was absolutely breathtaking!!! It was perfect for our group of 3. The apartment was equipped with washer/dryer, 3 beds, 2 baths, 2 balconies and a beautiful living/dining room area. The wood furniture was a nice touch and felt incredibly authentic and unique. The communication was great and we were able to reach them quickly if we ever needed anything. The infinity rooftop pool and hot tubs were absolutely breathtaking. We spent much of our time at the apartment up here. It was serene and absolutely stunning. The only thing to consider is that it is about a 20 minute drive to the beach. There are bikes you can rent though as well. We look forward to coming back again!!!!

Josè's place was easy to find, the directions and instructions were clear. The area is very walkable with a lot of very good restaurants, shops, a 7-11 (with alcohol), Oxxo's, hair/nail or massage within a 10 min walk. The beach is a 45 minute walk at least. I would recommend to rent a scooter, or take a taxi (can get expensive). The beds are very comfortable, the pools are great and the area is super safe. The Chedraui will deliver, ask about that. You can get 18L water jugs at the Oxxo downstairs, there is a pump for it in the unit but no charger for the pump (my Kobo charger fit). There is free laundry area on the main floor. Josè was quick to answer any questions and was very responsive and helpful. The bathrooms, linens and dishes were very clean. All in all I would recommend this place 5/5. Thank you Josè.

We had almost two wonderful weeks in Katja's apartment and enjoyed it immensely. The apartment was large, perceived larger than in pictures, with a good kitchen as well as living room and huge bed. There was also a nice balcony and a roof terrace where we would have breakfast. Very good experience, thank you very much!

Marcos place was just as it looked in the photos. Very clean and comfortable with modern amenities. The pool upstairs was wonderful and we swam almost everyday. Highly recommend using the pool if you stay. The only downside, if you can even call it that, is that the apartment looks out onto every other suite in the building, so there is not much privacy. But other than that the stay was wonderful. Marco was super fast at responding and very helpful with anything we needed and the building’s concierges were also very nice and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

The place was new, and it’s close to shopping centers and restaurants. There’s great security 24/7. I highly recommend, and hope to book next time I come on vacation. The pool is great to relax. Hugo is accessible and was a very attentive host.

Sueno’s place was wonderful. Everything was as described in the listing. Rooms were clean, good space and location is peaceful. We really enjoyed the place. We had a car and the location was great to reach everywhere with car but you can also walk to downtown I guess, like 20-25mins. We loved the place a lot, and would love to stay there again. The only improvement areas was that host was very slow to respond inquiries and he did not send relevant important information about check in (like instructions on how to check in) on time or even on the day of check in. All went well in the end, but delayed communication created a little bit of stress during the day and when we land in Cancun in the middle of night. Other than communication, we were very happy with our stay here.

This a beautiful home. Matches everything shown with the photos. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. The home is around a developing neighborhood. During the weekdays, it will be loud construction noise starting in the early mornings. The roads surrounding the home are unpaved and muddy but that’s apart of being in Tulum, Mexico. Definitely recommend to others to book. Inside the gates is amazing, outside the gates factors are out of your control.

If they want a place away from the pleasant noise without so much noise and super functional there they will find it next time they plan a trip I would look for the same place great price

Everything is as described . Getting to the location is a bit confusing as the area is still under major construction and theres a lack of signs to get you there but Ivonne lets you know this in the description so not that big of a deal. Also, only type of linens provided is bedding and a few face towels and a bath mat, remember to bring your own ! Food, shops, and beaches are all close by and convenient. Would highly recommend and would stay here again

We stayed at the villa for a bachelorette trip, and had a great time. The pool area was lovely, we had a private chef come, and massages as well in the Airbnb. The villa was beautiful and comfortable for our group of 6 with spacious rooms, beds, and bathrooms. The host was extremely responsive to our questions both before and during our stay.

Great place great host , however it is located in region 15 for those that don’t know it’s quite an underdeveloped area in Tulum and hard to get to and move around in. But if you like being secluded in the jungle the place is great!

Ricardo Manuel is very friendly and reactive. The house has everything we need and is in the center. We strongly advice it !

Would stay again! Nice place and let us check in early.

Sofia's place was just perfect. Excellent cleanliness. A quiet and private place. The accommodation had everything to please a small family. Games, books, giant screen, popcorn, etc. It's a home that's very comforting because we had perfect communication with Sofia. She took care of booking a car for us at a very competitive price. She gave us several recommendations for places and restaurants. It was really appreciated. Finally, we were able to enjoy the rooftop with a pool and a BBQ. It was a very pleasant moment, because the sunset was simply magnificent. A nice family dinner and a sunset make for a perfect evening.

Overall, my stay was good. The location was the absolute best part of it. Walkable area with local restaurants and not too far from downtown/ADO bus station (about 25 mins walking). The beach is a short drive away as well. The private pool wasn’t clean and I wasn’t able to use it. I made the host aware but I don’t think anyone came to clean it. There’s also a loud noise that I heard during the nights, I can’t really explain it but if you’re a light sleeper it would be disturbing.

Great host, in a nice accommodation that matches the description. Pamela was always attentive and gave very good references regarding the arrival at the condominium, recreational activities to do in the area, how to get around and the use of all the amenities inside the condominium. We will definitely return because of the great experience we had on this visit. Thank you ✨

We had a great stay overall. The bed was very comfy! The rooftop pool was better in person. The blue light in the plunge pool did not come on and we couldn’t figure out how to make it light up, but everything else was lovely. Thank you for having us

The AirBnB was perfect! Clean, well located, spacious and perfectly furnished. We felt right at home. In particular, the outstanding communication with Arianny is worth mentioning!! I've never met a hostess who was so friendly, helpful, and committed. Their response time was insanely fast and always helpful. It was the best AirBnB I've ever been to. I would always recommend it!!

This place was worth the stay. Our host was very responsive if we needed anything. The area was perfect for tourist , walking distance to good delicious restaurants and shops. This place was just as beautiful as the pictures.
