Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Tulum

Ari/Hector have been wonderful hosts! They checked on me and made sure I felt right at home. Their level of service is top-notch, so much that I wish all hosts were like them. They take really good care and of their guests! I loved the view from the apartment and I watch the sunset from the room almost everyday- it was just stunning! The place was comfortable and the top-to-bottom glass wall overlooking the pool makes it even more endearing. Would love to stay with you again in the near future! This Airbnb is beautiful, the pictures don’t really do it justice! When I arrived for check in my phone was dead and thankfully the helpful security was able to call the host for me and get me into the apartment and I really appreciate that. I loved the location of the Airbnb as it’s located in Downtown Tulum near many restaurants and gift shops. An ATV/ Bike rental store is two stores over and I enjoyed being able to walk right over and rent one. I would love to stay here again the next time I visit Tulum!

We stayed at Tania’s place for 8 nights and we really enjoyed it. The place is very nice, very clean and stylish; the beds very comfortable, the internet fast and reliable, we had no issues with working and having video conferences throughout the whole week. The compound has a nice long pool and a small gym; the staff is very attentive and accommodating. The building itself is in a quiet area, with lots of nature around and with plenty of great restaurants nearby and a couple of small stores for essentials, if you want to cook your own meals. Overall is great value for money, comfortable and modern, with everything you need for a nice short or long term stay.

This is a lovely property, you and your family/friends won't be disappointed! The property is spacious and has everything you need. We felt like we were at home. Also, the building has an amazing pool which our kids used in the evenings but what we loved the most was their coffee shop. We didn't have to go far to find excellent coffee and pastries. You're also able to order full meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner), we only had breakfast once but the food was delicious. Diana responded immediately to any our concerns, we'll be staying here again.

The place is just like the description and the photos. The complex is very nice and surrounded by nature. Everything is impeccable and it was very easy to get there and check in. The area is halfway between the beach and downtown Tulum. There are shops and restaurants less than 15 minutes away on foot. To go to and from downtown or the beach, it is ideal to go by bike or in the vans that leave you 200/300 meters from the entrance. There is a room with washers and dryers that work with tokens that are purchased in the lobby. Recommended without a doubt.

This was hands down one of the top Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at! The private terrace pool was an absolute dream—perfect for relaxing after a day out at the beach in Tulum. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it hard to leave in the mornings. Every detail of the space felt thoughtful and luxurious. The building has a ton of amenities also - we used the rooftop pools and the gym! Can’t wait to come back!

It says on Airbnb that it is located inside the city, but it is quite far outside, so you have to take expensive taxis or other transport (transport is very expensive in Tulum)

John's place was absolutely perfect. It was a great size and clean. Wifi was great and worked well for conference calls with no issue. La Valeta is a great neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle of the main town while still within short walking distance of some amazing coffe places and restaurants. The airbnb had everything I needed. The pool area was quiet and always had room. John was extremely responsive. Highly recommend for long term stays.

Very safe with security personnel and many cameras, even in the parking lot. Great pools, beautiful apartment with its own pool, very clean and well-equipped. You can quickly get to the hotel zone and also to the city. Would recommend, thanks!

Host gave great instructions and recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We had a very relaxing time and would definitely come back.

Sonny was amazing from beginning to end, super friendly and incredibly responsive. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and has 24 hr security… who are super friendly and helpful as well. Loved that we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Sonny had endless recommendations making our girls trip so much smoother. His transportation recommendation saved us everyday, the chef, the marachi band, the masseuse, all beautiful. Our experience was nothing less of amazing. Definitely recommended and would definitely book again.

Perfect location for foodies and families! We were within a short drive to everything adventure-related, and could walk to some of the best local spots (+ return many times). The team & Brendon were incredible, and it felt like we were in a hotel with the amount of attention and housekeeping throughout the week. Catalina was a fantastic concierge and helped arrange a private chef, massages in-house, and balloon decorations for the birthday. Laura is a superwoman who keeps the place & pools spotless AND crushes it in the kitchen. You can tell Brendon put a lot of love, humor, & his experience in the hotel industry to work in this place.

Staying here while in Tulum you will not regret it. The pictures were exactly like the listing stated. Air conditioning was very cold and the penthouse felt very private while here. The Airbnb provided cold water to drink and even had a washer and dryer to clean your clothes so you won’t have to worry about laundry coming back home. The host was kind and responsive and even gave us recommendations on where to eat and things to do. I must stress that you should get a car rental while in Tulum because the roads leading to the Airbnb and most roads are rocky and unpaved. Mostly all excursions and good restaurants are 15-20 mins away driving which is good. Do not hesitate to book this Airbnb 10/10 experience and forgot to mention the bed sheets were so soft like butter 😅

It's a very quiet area with privacy. The house is beautiful and just like the photos! Maybe a little more cleaning of the pool but other than that everything was excellent!
