Family-friendly vacation rentals in Tulum

We had a wonderful stay at Lumapi and would love to stay again in this place. If you’re a nature lover and looking for a peaceful place not too far from tulum this is an awesome choice

This was our second spring vacation we spent at Villa Silvestre and Loved it! It’s. Such a hidden gem in south Tulum. It’s a quiet little sanctuary which is well appointed, great pool, super sweet staff and Agustina is so helpful and wonderful. Can’t wait to return!

Francis’s house was the ideal place to be in Tulum, is was perfectly situated. He was a great host, always quick to respond.

This home was absolutely perfect for a family trip. We loved our time here and would stay here again in a heartbeat

To say we had an amazing time staying at Nocturna is an understatement. Ben and Val were so helpful, kind and responsive. The bedrooms feel both homey and luxurious. We loved having the open floor to ceiling windows and door screens for a cross breeze, but also had the option of AC. The upper deck with the pool has an incredible view, you’re right on top of a horizon of green trees and under endless blue skies—wake up early to catch the birds and dragonflies buzzing around. The gym and yoga space on the floor below were a perfect spot to start the day. The location is a perfect middle between downtown and the beach. This place will hug and love you with whatever you need, book it book it!

The place is very clean and very quiet. When you are in your private rooftop, it’s amazing and very private that you can sun bathe with clothing optional. No electricity issues but Cobá Ave have rolling black outs. There are near places to eat. We had no problems with the other units as most of the guests are very respectful. We recommend this AirB&B.

This place was perfect. really family friendly atmosphere. the neighbors are amazing. The pool was always perfect. The house was well stocked with extras. Everything was as described and more. We loved it so much we requested to extend. Ms. Christina is the perfect host. Rachel was also fabulous and flexible.

We had an awesome week here! Its a great location and close to so many restaurants and shops and is walkable to the main downtown! The airbnb itself was beautiful! The private rooftop was what sold us! The beds were also very comfortable and the unit had the best water pressure ive ever had in Mexico as usually I find its not the best so that was great too! Id definitely stay again

Roxie was the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had. She made everything easy for us and helped us with anything we wanted to do. Incredibly accommodating. The house looks just like the pictures and the outdoor space is great place to hang out. Located in a good area with a few places within walking distance. I couldn’t recommend this house more.

Veronica went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. Communication was smooth and prompt, which made the entire experience stress-free. We would definitely recommend this stay to others and look forward to coming back in the future!

Very close to Chedraui which is a big plus, you can even walk there. Around 15 minutes walk to the city center. The only issue that I had was with the running water that was irregular for a couple of days, but it was the city’s fault and it was solved.

An excellent place for family vacations. In a very exclusive area with modern constructions and with all the amenities at hand. You can walk to the pharmacy or the store. The apartment is just like the photos, very clean and tidy, air conditioning working properly. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Perfect location between Valeta and downtown. The place is big and beautiful with a nice pool, would definitely come again!

safe place very nice to each have a bathroom in the bedrooms the kitchen is well-equipped *** confirm that the oven is working. We spent 1 month without an oven ** the wifi worked fine the terrace outside (dining table) is not in the sun, because a lot of trees at the pool level, there is not much sun, a lot of water.

Awesome place, decent location, great stay. Really close to some nice restaurants and the downtown area of Tulum. The building manager on sight was helpful, but not the most welcoming upon arrival during our initial greeting. Pool was a great size for hanging out, however, it could have been heated closer to the night as it did get chilly. All in all, lovely stay if for groups if you’re looking for a place to sleep with a comfortable living space in Tulum!

The apartment is a really beautiful and peaceful space. It felt like a retreat being there. Gorgeous light through huge windows and beautiful palms outside. Lying in the hammock outside in the little courtyard is heavenly. Catarina was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us lots of her time explaining what to do in the area. The only negative comment is that the staircase to the second floor has no railings so this may be challenging for older or really young folks. Otherwise it’s a wonderful place to just be and is clearly a space that is cared for and special.

Very well hosted, friendly and accommodating. Spacious and cool looking place, decent beds. The only issue was the showers had next to no water pressure so came out at basically a drizzle. Apart from that really enjoyed the stay here

Everything excellent! We would definitely go again! The apartment is very nice and spacious!

This place has the best rooftop spot to see the sunset. We literally stayed there every day around sunset time to watch the 360 view. I wish I can share pictures.

This AirBnB is a gem in Tulum. It is in a quieter part of town and still close enough to reach everything. It comes with one bike, it is spacious, it has drinkable water included. Sonia was very attentive and helping out with every question we had. She even brought me some coconut water when I wasnt feeling good. The aloe plants are great for treating sunburn! Absolutely recommended! Be aware that the neighbor houses are AirBnBs too, during our 2 week stay there were a couple of loud parties going on there. Sonia offers earplugs though ;)

Wonderful stay, super brand new apt, mega clean and very cute. Great for relaxing with family and friends. Nearby there are groceries and restaurants, great for hiking, everything nearby! It also has a taxi stop nearby. The kitchen is very complete and the apartment too, I highly recommend! The owner is Note 10, always ready to answer us and also offer tips. If you go to Tulum this is a great option! we will return for sure.
