Great stay in this good apartemnt. Our son loved the pool. Great communication and all!

One of the nicest homes in La Velata. The condo is small, so it gives you a sense of privacy and tranquility by not having as many neighbors as a larger complex. The apartment is completely new and was perfect for our group, the WIFI is very good if you need to work remotely and from the private pool we could enjoy the full moon at night. Esteban welcomes you at the reception with a smile and is always in the condominium in case you need anything. The area is really quiet, there's an Oxxo a few blocks away, several good restaurants and access to the street to go out to the hotel area. We would definitely stay here again!

Maria and Nuria were amazing hosts, always available to assist us further than what was expected - with local travel and tour options. The apartment is absolutely perfect, situated close to restaurants and convenience stores and the rooftop pool is one of a kind!! Thanks for everything, we will surely be back each year.

We had a wonderful stay here, everything was beautiful. The sunsets on the rooftop were a highlight. They were very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Just FYI the beds are very hard, but that’s just personal preference. And the construction is very loud but there is no where in Tulum right now that doesn’t have construction noise. Just things to note so you’re not surprised.

It is a bit difficult to access because it had rained but the private one and the apartment are great and in the subdivision there are 2 cenotes 🙌🏼 the Apartment very clean and all new and had everything needed

We loved the place , easily accessible if you have a car, it is super safe, relaxing and comfortable, the cenote was great and the pool water always warm. The apartment is fabulous, the only bad thing is that if it was quite dirty, when you open the perceptions to be on the balcony the lint, dust and animals that had in the perception frames came to light, there was trash in one of the rooms and the dirty stove. Other than that, we love it.

The apartment is very nice, well distributed and quality furniture, it has everything you need. The back garden area is spacious, the gym and restaurant are a few steps away. There are two well sized outdoor pools and the play area for children is also very nice, it has 2 small cenotes. We liked it sleeping very at ease, only noises of nature that are very nice. There are shops nearby including one within the coto, also Oxxo nearby.

This home is absolutely gorgeous! Armando and Andrea are amazing caretakers and are very attentive. The views were stunning, it was incredibly spacious, in a great location, and walkable to many restaurants and the beach. We fit two families there very comfortably. The children had a blast and so did the adults. We’ll book this place again for sure.

Andrea was a truly exceptional, delightful, sweet, perfect host! He clearly really wanted us to be as happy as we possibly could - we had no idea breakfast was part of the package, and his beach recommendation (X'cacel) was an unexpected pearl we would never have encountered otherwise. We got the tucked-away jungle experience we wanted without being too far from the amenities of Tulum pueblo.

Very nice place to hang out with family! Away from the hustle of everything else if that's what you're looking for but not too far from beaches or Tulum or Playa Del Carmen

The house is beautiful and super comfortable! It has everything you need, and it's super well located, 100% recommended.

Very clean spacious home. It would be perfect for a large party. Our family of four enjoyed it very much. It’s a great home to relax in. It’s so nice, you might not want to leave. We enjoyed the pool very much.

The host, Christiane, and the property managers Sofia and Nicola, were all very friendly and responsive. From the beginning, Christiane was able to flex the check in time since we arrived to the property earlier than expected, which we greatly appreciated. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were amazed...the pictures just don't do it justice! I feel like this is one of those places where it looks just that much more beautiful in person. We felt like we were in paradise and each time we opened the front door when we would come back from one of our activities, that same "wow" feeling returned. The place itself is very spacious. Even though it was just my friend and I, a larger group could easily share the place. That combined with the pool and hot tub surrounded by a beautiful surrounding and 24 hour security made this a place that I would gladly stay in again when I return to Tulum!

Had a great stay! Clean, pretty quiet, felt safe, friendly hosts. It was well-priced and I would recommend! Note - It is a quick drive to paved roads but pretty bumpy dirt roads for a few minutes radius around it with a lot of construction (not close enough for the noise to be a problem). Just something to note when picking out a vehicle. I had a scooter and am very experienced on them so was fine but maybe would have done an ATV or dirt bike for a better drive.

Really nice appartement with big pool and full kitchen, there was drinking water when we arrived and also pooltowles. Everything was perfect. Flo was a nice host, had really good recommendations and answerd as quick as possible. Would totally recommend 😊

Condos were very cute and nicely decorated. The premises had 24 hour security as well as fantastic food at the on community restaurant, a convenient store and nice communal areas/ pools to use. The instructions they gave to find the air bnb were very helpful as Mexico’s roads are hard to navigate and often look like dirt road dead ends. Highly recommend this stay! Perfect for our large group. Hot water is finicky but that is expected in Mexico so cannot fault them for it. Overall great stay thank you!

Great value !! Had a wonderful day at this condo hotel. The 2 story penthouse was extremely clean, quiet, private, and close to Tulum Beach. 5 min drive or about a 10-15min bike ride. Great breakfast spot La Ponderosa Breakfast Club nearby and also a 7-11 and pharmacy in case you need to pickup something small. Great communication from the host and always a concierge/ security at the desk. Cant wait to visit again

Great place to stay. Pictures do not do it justice. Just beware there is construction noise all day long. We were out for the most part so did not bother us 😊
