UNDER VINTERSÄSONGEN ÅLDERSGRÄNS MINST 25 ÅR (eller i målsmans sällskap) Egen ingång och uteplats. Väldigt centralt mitt i byn, gångavstånd till allt. Lämplig för två vuxna och två barn eller upp till TRE VUXNA. Lägenheten är del i ett privat hus med bofasta och därför är tystnad efter 22:00 ett krav. Inga fester!!

Stuga Björn - Quiet cabin at lake Edesjön

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The small house is quietly situated in the forests of Jämtland. There is a paved path on the property for a walk. You can also find a jetty to the lake with a scenic beach for taking a bath in the summer or for cross country skiing, ice skating and ice fishing in the winter. Extensive hikes or bike tours are also possible here. There are many great things to discover in the surrounding nature. We have a boat, SUP Boards and a fishing set to rent.

Välkomna till ett modernt fjällboende för hela familjen. Här kan ni koppla av framför brasan och njuta av utsikten över fjällvärlden som skymtas mellan trädtopparna. Vedeldad bastu på tomten färdigställd januari 2024. Fina längdspår och preparerade leder finns strax utanför dörren. Trillevallens skidområde erbjuder såväl lättillgänglig off pist som ett stort barnområde och bra backlunch. Transportlift till skidområdet finns några hundra meter från huset eller ett par minuter med bil.

Din familj kommer att ha nära till allt när ni bor i detta centralt belägna boende. Ett stenkast från Åre by med dess utbud av restauranger och butiker. Gångavstånd till ICA, Coop, Systembolaget, Holiday Club, Jump Yard, Åre strand, Skidbussen, Tågstationen mm. På sommaren är det ca 100 meter till badstrand med grillplats och skateboardpark. Ca 800-900 meter till Åre bergbana som tar dig upp i skidsystemet. Annars 300-400 meter gång över bron till skidbusshållsplasten.

Please note that the ladder to the loft is steep and narrow. There's a cat and a dog living on the property so if you are allergic, this place is not for you. Parking included on the property.

Huset är lugnt beläget i Östersund med närhet till Biathlonarenan och skidstadion. Boendet är ungefär 15 minuters promenad från Östersunds centrum och 200m till de välkända längdskidspåren där många tävlingar arrangeras och världseliten tränar.
