Cottage beautifully located on a former farm. Beautiful and quiet location about 40 km southwest of Östersund. Here you are close to the mountains, forest areas and Storsjön. The farm is 600 meters from the village center with an ICA store, pastry shop, gas station, electric car charger, health center and more. At the school, there is a well-equipped playground that can be used during the summer. Kitchen, toilet, shower, sofa and a bed on the lower floor. Other bedrooms upstairs. Private patio.

The newly built small guest house is located on Birka Strand in Ås, about 10 km outside Östersund. The view is beyond the ordinary with a view of the big lake and Oviksfjällen. Something happens to us when we take the time to just be. Living a somewhat simple life for a while without having to give up all the comforts, for that matter. Letting go of everyday worries, putting your phone away, and allowing yourself to be enchanted by your surroundings. Lighting a fire, canoeing, looking out over the water's edge from the edge of the bed as even the beaver can swim by sometimes, boil coffee and cook over an open fire. "Välkommen" in our cozy log cabin! The several hundred year old house on two floors is located with a great view of the south beach of our Fyrsjön. There is a double bed on the ground floor and up to 4 people can sleep comfortably under the sloping roof on the upper floor. The flair of the old beams, the view from the window of the lake, canoe and our new BARREL SAUNA (included) make your stay perfect! Kitchen, shower and toilet are 20 meters away in the "grannys house", which all guests share!
