The house gives a lovely home feeling with its 100 square meters. Fishing summer and winter time, skiing and biking just around the corner. Great as a base for excursions both winter and summer time. If you don't just want to enjoy the tranquility and nice view. Nice patio with large lawn is available in the back. The main property is located on the same farm. Cat has been in the home.

In a detached guesthouse of approx. 60sqm, on our farm, you can enjoy panoramic views of Åreskutan and Kallsjön. The flat has its own entrance, divided over two floors with entrance hall, shower room, exit to pool deck on the groundfloor. The upstairs studio has a kitchen with all mod cons, dining area, sleeping area with king size bed and extra single bed and a sitting area with sofas and wood burner. It's a light and airy space in very quiet, peaceful surroundings with nature on your doorstep.

The room is upstairs and offers a beautiful view down to the lake Storsjön. There is a common relaxing area that you can use as well. The room has a double bed and shared bathroom. If the sauna is warm in the garden you can use it for an extra fee..

Cottage to rent in the garden

The Stuga is our guest house in the garden, available when it's not to cold. It's a simple little cottage without running water. There is space for 2 guests. One bed on the floor and one bed under the roof. The bathroom is in the main house.
