Welcome to our centrally located apartment in Åre of 43 sqm. Here you have a fully-equipped kitchen and dishwasher, two separate bedrooms, one of which is in the loft with a double bed, and one with two separate beds. You are within walking distance of the ski slopes, and at the same time live in the middle of the village with proximity to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The train station is right across the street and the house can be reached from there in less than 5 minutes. Cleaning before departure is included. Bed linens and towels are not included, in line with Swedish standards, see below.

Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON, AGE LIMIT IS AT LEAST 25 YEARS (or in the company of a guardian) Private entrance and patio. Very centrally located in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two children or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with residents and therefore quiet after 10 pm is a requirement. No parties!!

Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By the sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. You can go directly from the house to hiking trails and cross-country cycling. If you have any questions, you can call us and ask.

The apartment is located at the top of the Nyvallen Tegefjäll area. Has a wonderful view. Close to the children's slope and Tegefjäll's lift system that connects with Duved. Ski bus to Åre is at Tegetornet Cleaning is included in the fee One bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and sauna. One with toilet and sink Drying cabinet in the hall Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, etc. Storage for skis next to the stairs up to the apartment. Good storage and drying facilities. WIFI, TV with apple TV. Own part of patio. Not shoveled in winter. Parking space - by house. "Trixy" driveway up, due to road conditions.
