High standard with unique options, underfloor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives that cabin feeling you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walkway of 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (operating during ski season). Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By the sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. Amazing mountain experience in Ottsjö in Åre

In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Ski in - Ski out. Tegefjäll is part of the Åre and Duved ski system. Large south-facing terrace with stunning views. In Tegefjäll there is a restaurant, ski rental, ski shop and small grocery store. 42 m2 for 4-5 people. Open kitchen, dining area and living room with a sofa bed from Hemnes. 2 bedrooms, each with a bunk bed. In one bedroom, the lower bed is 120 cm wide, the other 80 cm wide. Åre/Tegefjäll by the slopes Perfect for 1-2 families

Åre/Tegefjäll between Åre village and Duved. Quiet, modern and family-friendly accommodation close to nature and adventure both summer and winter. In summer, you can hike directly from the house. Nice berry fields are close by. The ski slope is just 50 meters away. Duveds and Tegefjälls lift systems are built together. Many people think it is the best skiing in the area, but you can also take your skis down to the free ski bus to Åre, where the lift cards also apply. With touring skis, you can get directly out onto the mountain expanses.

It is ski-in ski-out and a nice and cozy newly-built apartment (completed in 2016) with everything you may need. Both Tegefjäll's and Duved's lift systems (they are connected) are just outside the door. When you stay with us, you also have the opportunity to rent our Fjällpulken, mountain backpacks, tents and more. Just ask and we'll arrange it. The snow racer and the sleds are free to borrow:)

Walking distance to ski rental, ski buses, restaurant, local life, Ski Star shop, etc. Parking with an EV charger. Modern fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. In the smaller bathroom there is a comb washer/dryer and a drying cabinet. In the larger bathroom there is a shower and sauna. No pets. The apartment has not been allergic.
