In Erikslund, you live close to nature and you have about 1 km to the shopping center, about 2 km to the city center. The house is located next to long exercise and ski tracks that connect to the ÖSK-Östersund ski stadium and Spikbodarna, among other things. If you want to walk to the ski stadium, it is about 1.4 km. There are three bedrooms with 180 cm, 140 cm, 140 cm beds. There is also the possibility to make the sofa in the living room into two 80 cm beds. In the basement, there is a 160 cm bed, as well as two beds that are 80 cm.

Welcome to a house with large open living areas. Here you live within walking distance to both ski trails and cross-country trails, about 200 meters. Easy to get to the arena village where the ski stadium, Jämtkraft Arena and Östersund Arena are located, about 10 minutes by car. It is about 7 km to the city center from the house (12 minutes by car). Good bus connections are also close to the house (200 meters) and in Torvalla center (1 km). In the center of Torvalla, there is also the nearest grocery store Coop Torvalla.

Spacious house on two floors with sleeping accommodations for 8 people divided into 4 bedrooms. Two of the rooms have a double bed and the possibility to close the door. The other two are separated from the living room. Floor 1 has a bathroom with shower and separate shower in the laundry room. Floor 2 has its own toilet. Well-equipped kitchen with entrance to separate cold pantry. High chair and play corner.

Welcome to our beautiful family home located just ten minutes from Scandinavia’s largest ski resort, Åre. We are in a rural setting, with fantastic open views of the landscape including river Indalsälven. We can offer you complete privacy and serenity. The house has a large open-plan combined kitchen/living area with high ceilings. Out the front, towards the river is an extensive deck with a beautiful view. Our wooden fire sauna is free for all guests to use but has to be booked in advance.

Former vicarage for rent on Frösön

Our home is located next to Frösö Church with great views of Storsjön and the mountain world. The house was former vicarage but is converted into two flats. We temporarily rent out the larger, about 300 m2, spread over two floors. In summer there are several cafes within walking distance or choose the golf courses one kilometer away or visit the composer Wilhelm Peterson-Berger's home Sommarhagen. A number of floor beds can be supplemented if required.
