Our cozy newly-built mountain cabin is within walking distance of Klövsjö ski area and is just as suitable for skiing adventures in the winter as mountain hikes and swimming in the summer! Enjoy a day on the ski slopes or in the mountains, enjoy a sauna, a crackling fire or the sunny terrace. Klövsjö has been designated "Sweden's most beautiful village" and is called "Skiers' ski resort". The same lift card also applies to Vemdalen's four ski areas with 35 lifts and 58 slopes. Quiet location close to the ski area, restaurants, sports shops and a clear swimming lake with jetties.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Move into the old school cafeteria where the church's students ate their school lunch in the 1940s and 1950s. The wood stove that crackles in the kitchen is the same one the lunch lady cooked lunch on. She herself lived on the upper floor and we offer her kitchen with adjacent bedroom and bathroom. Quiet and peaceful in the old timber building. Outside, you can enjoy mountain views or visit Frösön's beautiful church, which is next to the rectory where the host couple live with their dogs and cats.

Up to 8 people. In this beautiful, design-drawn lake house, you can enjoy Jämtland's nature completely undisturbed. Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. Approximately 20 minutes from Östersund & about 1 hour to Årefjällen or Bydalsfjällen. Made beds, towels & coffee can already be found in the house. (Car required) Interested in more service from us? About 1 kilometer to Blästervallen with all possible services needed for the perfect winter vacation. 5 minutes by car from Vemdalen By, which has all the necessary services all year round. Charging box from Zaptec at 11 kW, price per KwH according to agreement. Type 2 cable is available.

Something happens to us when we take the time to just be. Living a somewhat simple life for a while without having to give up all the comforts, for that matter. Letting go of everyday worries, putting your phone away, and allowing yourself to be enchanted by your surroundings. Lighting a fire, canoeing, looking out over the water's edge from the edge of the bed as even the beaver can swim by sometimes, boil coffee and cook over an open fire.
