House in beautiful Laxviken in Jämtland, 8 miles northwest of Östersund. The house is on a small farmhouse with grazing cows around the corner. In the summer you can swim in crystal clear water at the swimming jetty right nearby the house, or take a nice walk along the lake. Proximity to excellent fishing waters, mountains, berry and mushroom forests. In the neighboring village of Laxsjö, there is a grocery store that is priced for its fine service and range. Charming old house in beautiful Grimnäs which is located at Revsundssjön. The house is modern but like all old houses it has its beauty errors. The house gives a lovely home feeling with its 100 square meters. Fishing summer and winter time, skiing and biking just around the corner. Great as a base for excursions both winter and summer time. If you don't just want to enjoy the tranquility and nice view. Nice patio with large lawn is available in the back. The main property is located on the same farm. Cat has been in the home.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The small house is quietly situated in the forests of Jämtland. There is a paved path on the property for a walk. You can also find a jetty to the lake with a scenic beach for taking a bath in the summer or for cross country skiing, ice skating and ice fishing in the winter. Extensive hikes or bike tours are also possible here. There are many great things to discover in the surrounding nature. We have a boat, SUP Boards and a fishing set to rent.

In lovely Hoverberg you can fully enjoy. In the summer you can enjoy a good lunch/dinner in our boat harbor 200m away and also make a visit to Hoverbergstoppen and look at the fantastic view! In winter you have snowmobile tracks right by the corner and 1h to Vemdalen,Klövsjö,Storhogna&Björnrike. Also about 1h to Åre. 5 minutes by car to the center where there are ICA,Systembolaget,Apotek, Restaurant,Health center etc. On the grounds, there is also a playground for children.

This wonderful guesthouse is located in perhaps the most beautiful spot in Sweden. Located directly on a lake and on the other side the beautiful forest. The house is on an island, but is accessible via a fixed road. The airport and the cozy city center of Östersund are only a 20-minute drive away. The lovely ski resort of Bydalen and Åre can be reached in less than 1 to 1,5 hour. Moose Garden is located within 5 km. In short, a dream place!
