There is an additional cost for electric car charging (type 2 contact 16A), towels and bed linens. Cleaning is done by the tenant before check-out. Cleaning equipment is available. Permanent resident host family lives upstairs but has a separate entrance. Welcome.

Smoke-free & animal-free, not allergy sanitized. Floors can feel chilly as well as hot water need to be flushed about 3 minutes before it arrives. Existing radiators are usually lukewarm, if needed there are extra electric heating element. Bed linen, bathroom towels, towel, soap, shampoo, conditioner are included. Check-in via lockbox.

It is located in Lit about 20 km north of Östersund with a 3 min walk to busses directly to Östersund's Arena and Östersund city. By car it is a 20 min ride. Sheets and bath towels can be rented.
