Apartment of about 35 sqm with sleeping loft. Bunk bed on the bottom and 140 cm double bed in sleeping loft. The price includes bedlinen and towels. Kitchen with stove,oven,microwave,dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON AGE LIMIT AT LEAST 25 years (or in parent's party) Private entrance and patio. Very central in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two kids or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with a resident and therefore quietness after 22.00 is a requirement. No parties!!

Permanent resident host family lives upstairs but has a separate entrance. Welcome.

Welcome to our apartment in Björnen, Åre! This apartment is perfect for families, couples and close friends that values a great location and do not mind a small place to live in. Very close to skiing, both downhill and cross country. Skii bus, small grocery store, rental next door. If you are visiting Åre during summer or fall this is a perfect spot. Hiking and mountainbike trails nearby. Just outside our apartment Åre Skill Area is located and close by you find a brand new climbing park.

Smoke-free & animal-free, not allergy sanitized. Floors can feel chilly as well as hot water need to be flushed about 3 minutes before it arrives. Extra electric elements are available. Modern and charming small home with large balcony and central location in Östersund. The apartment is located on the second floor with evening and afternoon sun. Total renovation was carried out in 2023, access to your own combined washer and dryer, in the kitchen there are all the necessities except a dishwasher. The apartment is located in one of Östersund's quieter areas but only a 5-minute walk from the city center.

It is located in Lit about 20 km north of Östersund with a 3 min walk to busses directly to Östersund's Arena and Östersund city. By car it is a 20 min ride. Sheets and bath towels can be rented.
