Cosy log cabin with a lovely view

Cosy log cabin with 5 beds. Walking distance to grocery store, lake swimming/fishing, forest trails and buses/trains to Åre/Östersund. Kitchen facilities, shower and dry toilet. Steep stairs to upper floor, not suitable for small children, elderly or disabled people. The cabin is situated on a small farm in the village of Nälden. You might be woken up by the sound of a rooster, horses or our bees. 70 km (1 h drive) from Åre, 30 km (30 min drive) from Östersund. Welcome to Lornsgården 🌞

På övervåningen är ett fullt utrustat pentry (induktionshäll, mikro och kylskåp) och två sovalkover - en med två 80 cm sängar och den andra med två 70 cm sängar, som går att sätta ihop till dubbelsängar. Soffa och TV i den ena sovalkoven. Kontorsplats för uppkoppling av dator till skärm och wifi. Fin turterräng bakom huset med väg ner till Helgesjön (2 km) och skoterled till Fröå gruva (8 km).

Praktiskt attefallshus på 30 kvm i lugnt bostadsområde ett stenkast från stadion, nära skogen och storsjön men samtidigt nära stan. På vår tomt står ett nybyggt gästhus. Fullständigt inrett med kök och badrum. Köket komplett med ugn, två induktionsspisplattor, köksfläkt och diskmaskin. Badrummet har dusch och tvättmaskin med torkfunktion. Det är ett sovrum med en styck 160 cm säng och ett sovloft med två stycken 90 cm madrasser. Loftet med stege upp och lämpligt och mysigt för barn.

This wonderful guesthouse is located in perhaps the most beautiful spot in Sweden. Located directly on a lake and on the other side the beautiful forest. The house is on an island, but is accessible via a fixed road. The airport and the cozy city center of Östersund are only a 20-minute drive away. The lovely ski resort of Bydalen and Åre can be reached in less than 1 to 1,5 hour. Moose Garden is located within 5 km. In short, a dream place!

Cozy cottage by the Great Lake

Cozy cottage really close to the Great Lake, situated in a small villa neighborhood near Östersund, the cute little gastronomy town amongst the mountains. A heaven for foodies and sporties. The cottage is located in our yard, twenty meters from the main house and thirty meters from the lake. The property is fenced in and we have loose friendly dogs in the yard. Car is required.
