A beautiful mountain house of 110 square meters located a short walk from the ski slope and Svartåtjärn. Here you have everything you could wish for with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, open social areas and a lovely sauna. In the living room on the lower floor, there is also a fireplace. The house was built in 2022 and is of a high standard. In Klövsjö, you can enjoy beautiful nature, good skiing and within a short drive you also have Vemdalen with even more options for skiing if desired. Welcome!

Cabin near Bydalen by Storsjön in Åre Municipality

Welcome to a cozy cottage in Hallen – perfect for those who want mountain adventures and nature experiences all year round. The cottage is located close to Storsjön, Dammån and nice trails for hiking and cross-country skiing. In just 18 minutes, you can reach the Bydalsfjällens two ski systems with alpine slopes and restaurants. For a wider range and more action, Åre is 55 minutes away. Here, fishing, skiing, hiking and peaceful nature await – in the middle of Jämtland. Welcome to your reservation!

Cozy large villa

With a 10-minute drive to Östersund (bike 25 min, bus 15 min) is our villa in rural Ås. Åsbygden has a fantastic view of Storsjön and the mountains. Lovely veranda with outdoor kitchen, barbecue and herbs. Child-friendly. In km to swimming area and nice ski trails in winter. In the basement, there are two bedrooms (cool on hot days) and sauna/relaxation area. Access to bicycle, skateboard, unicycle, canoe, kubb game, and ping pong table etc. In winter, there is a spark, snow racer and mattress.

Välkommen till denna nybyggda fjällstuga nära alpina skidbackar, längdspår och vandringsleder. Billaddare finns och Avresestädning ingår i priset. När det finns snö i terrängen är det möjligt att åka skidor till och från backen. Du hittar Storhogna spårcentral precis i närheten. Storhogna är välkänt för sina längdskidåkningsmöjligheter. Skoterleder finns också i området. Sommar, höst och vår, när skidbacken är stängd, finns storslagna naturupplevelser och mängder av aktiviteter i närheten.

Stay with family or friends in this nice basement house with laundry room, office space, a small gym, backyard with playhouse and trampoline, balcony, etc. In winter, an ice rink is plowed in the area and in summer, there is a playground. 5 km to town, 1.5 km to grocery store and a few minutes walk both down to Storsjön and up to Odensala sports field where the Storsjö Cup is held. Närmiljön erbjuder många fina utflyktsmöjligheter. 3 km till Skidstadion Busshållplats till centrum och flygplats m.m. 200 meter Hund vistas vanligen i boendet.

Here you will find a very nice apartment. 7 minutes by bus or 25 minutes' beautiful walk along the shore of Lake Storsjön into Östersund City Center. Bicycle rental is available. You'll also have access to the property's garden with patio, barbecue facilities and laundry room. A nice clean 140 cm bed awaits upon arrival. There's also a comfortable sofa bed with a width of 140 cm. TV with Chromecast. Parking 50kr / day. Charging option for electric car, electric taxi is available.

Large mountain cabin in an authentic Jämtland mountain environment. Ski In/Ski out in Gräftåvallens ski system and about 15 minutes to Sweden's fifth largest ski system in Bydalen and just over an hour to Sweden's best and largest ski system in Åre. In Gräftåvallen, Sweden's largest ski club is located and directly adjacent to the cabin there are 45 km of prepared ski trails. The cottage has everything needed for a ski holiday with large living areas, fireplace and sauna.

Bring the whole family to our newly renovated house with lots of social space close to the city and the lake. Enjoy cooking, eating and socializing in our spacious kitchen with dining area. Relax in the sauna after a workout in our gym, or enjoy a movie in the basement cinema. Good bus connections and only 10 minutes by car or bus to the city center. 10 minutes by walking to a supermarket and 50 meters to the lake. Fully equipped for families with children.
