Welcome to our nice mountain cabin with the best sun and view location in the heart of Vemdalsskalet. The house is 115 sqm and can accommodate 8-10 people. With panoramic windows and full ceiling height between the upper and lower floors, space is provided throughout the house as well as a fantastic view of the mountains and the evening's illuminated lift system. The lower floor has a wood-burning fireplace and open floor plan with generous social areas. The separate sauna building, just like the house, has its own terrace overlooking the ski slopes.

Forget all everyday worries in this peaceful accommodation. 8 km from Östersund city center. 3 km from the nearest bus stop, so having your own car is preferable. Here you live in a newly-renovated timber house 25 m from the shore of Lake Storsjön. The ground floor (with underfloor heating) has a modern fully-equipped kitchen adjacent to the living room. Bathroom with shower. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, the largest has a double bed. In the other bedrooms there is a 120 cm and a 90 cm wide bed. Extra beds are available. The guests clean up after themselves.

Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. Newly built ski lodge with very high standard and a small oasis where you can relax and really enjoy the best of mountain life. The cottage is located in the middle of Vemdalsskalet's trail center with fantastic cross-country skiing, hiking trails and slalom skiing on lovely slopes. A cottage that offers the best Vemdalen has to offer all year round with lovely, vast nature, reindeer that wander outside the window, the northern lights that can be seen over the mountain peaks and cloudberries that grow in the marsh behind the house.

Cozy cottage in Hoverberg, in the middle of the Jämtland countryside with a fantastic view of Lake Storsjön. A perfect place to unwind with proximity to both forest & lake. The cottage has four beds (a sleeping loft & a bunk bed). The cabin has ONLY cold water. The cabin has a freezer toilet (icelett; freezer toilet). There is a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle in the cabin. Shower facilities are available at Hoverbergsgrottan's campsite about 250 meters from the cottage for a fee.
