Our cozy newly-built mountain cabin is within walking distance of Klövsjö ski area and is just as suitable for skiing adventures in the winter as mountain hikes and swimming in the summer! Enjoy a day on the ski slopes or in the mountains, enjoy a sauna, a crackling fire or the sunny terrace. Klövsjö has been designated "Sweden's most beautiful village" and is called "Skiers' ski resort". The same lift card also applies to Vemdalen's four ski areas with 35 lifts and 58 slopes. Quiet location close to the ski area, restaurants, sports shops and a clear swimming lake with jetties.

Newly built cottage in a quiet environment. Close to Downhill skiing (about 40 km to Åre, about 20 km to Storlien) Close to fishing waters such as Handöl and Gevsjön. Close to various hiking trails such as Jämtlandstriangeln and Blåhammaren. Proximity to mushroom/berry picking. From the cottage area, you can see Storsnasen. Barrier into the cottage area where the cottage is located. Possibility of parking for several cars outside the cottage. Your own firewood may be brought for possible heating of the stove. In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

About 1 kilometer to Blästervallen with all possible services needed for the perfect winter vacation. 5 minutes by car from Vemdalen By, which has all the necessary services all year round. Electricity is available for heating, cooking and lighting. Water from the mountain basin is in a faucet outside the cabin. A wonderful place to just relax and enjoy the simplicity, or a base to explore the area around the famous bird lake Ånnsjön in the east or Storulvån's mountain station and all the classic mountains in the west.

There is room for 4 guests and it has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation with comfortable beds, a fireplace and sauna.
