Family-friendly vacation rentals in San Vincenzo

Unser Aufenthalt war ein Traum. Francesca und Francesco haben einen wunderbaren Ort geschaffen, sind sympathische Menschen und tolle Gastgeber. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und haben alle nötigen Informationen erhalten. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns zuhause gefühlt und konnten das liebevoll gestaltete Gelände frei erkunden und auch in Privatheit genießen. Auch der Kontakt zu anderen Gästen war angenehm und respektvoll. Die Räume sind rustikal und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und versprühen einen besonderen Charme. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Die Anfahrt zur Poderracio ist entsprechend abenteuerlich (Serpentinen und enge, holprigen Straße). Alle Produkte wie z.B. der Frühstückskorb sind super lecker und von hoher Qualität . Zusätzlich haben wir von Francesca frisch geerntetes Gemüse (Zucchinis, rote Beete, Zwiebeln und Knoblauch) bekommen. Während des Aufenthalts wurden wir zum gemeinsamen Pizzabacken in den Privaträumen eingeladen und genossen einen wunderschönen Abend. DANKE!

We had an absolute perfect stay in Salverio and Lorenzo's flat. It was incredibly spacious - very unusual to have a 3 bedroom/3 bath flat to rent in such a highly sought after part of Firenze. The decor was a perfect blend of antiques and art mixed with contemporary furnishings. Having a washer/dryer was a fantastic addition. Our favorite part of the flat was the rooftop terrace at sunset. You feel like you are on top of all of Firenze looking across the buildings. The duomo view was breathtaking. It was magical and truly stunning. The location could not be more suitable for proximity to all of the sights and indulge in luxury shopping. Salverio and Lorenzo were so helpful and accommodating. We will most assuredly be back! Thank you to you both!

Massimo beschreibt den Weg zur Unterkunft sehr gut, das Häuschen liegt etwa 20 min südlich von Florenz mitten in den Weinbergen, sehr ruhig und malerisch in den toskanischen Hügeln. Wir waren zu dritt bei Massimo und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Ob Stadtbesichtigung von Siena& Florenz, Weinverkostung oder einfach die Ruhe am Haus genießen: für alles das perfekt geeignet! Das Haus ist typisch toskanisch, Massimo und Beatrice haben viel Arbeit reingesteckt um ihren Gästen einen authentischen Aufenthalt zu bieten: trotzdem aber modern mit Klimaanlage- im Sommer geht’s auch kaum ohne! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Excelente estadía, ¡superó mis expectativas! Tuvimos una maravillosa experiencia durante nuestra estancia. El alojamiento estaba impecablemente limpio, bien equipado y se veía tal como en las fotos. La cama era muy cómoda y el lunar tranquilo, ideal para descansar. La ubicación fue perfecta! Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y atentos, siempre disponible para responder cualquier duda y brindar recomendaciones locales. La comunicación fue fluida desde el primer momento. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡Altamente recomendado para quienes buscan comodidad, limpieza y una atención excelente!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Glorias Haus. Unser vierbeiniger Freund hat sich in der Natur auch total wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist klein aber fein und hat alles was man braucht. Das Grundstück hat eine schöne Größe und eignet sich perfekt um draußen zu Essen, im Whirlpool zu entspannen oder einfach in der Sonne zu liegen. Der Weg zum Haus ist ein wenig anspruchsvoll, aber mit einem normalen Auto und ein bisschen Fahrpraxis durchaus zu meistern. Gloria war für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns bereits im Vorfeld gute Ausflugstipps für die Gegend gegeben. Auch bei eventuellen Nachfragen hat sie immer sehr schnell reagiert und uns geholfen. Um einfach mal raus zu kommen und die Natur und die Ruhe der Toskana zu genießen, ist es perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This was such a beautiful stay in Tuscany. When our family arrived it was magical to them to be in Beatrice’s home and countryside. It’s full of history and breathtaking views.

Wygodny choć nieco staromodny apartament w spokojnej okolicy, wokół dużo zieleni i piękny widok z okna. Duży i zadbany basen z przestrzenią do odpoczynku. Dobre miejsce na relaks po zwiedzaniu Sieny i okolic.

Können wir absolut empfehlen ! Ist alles so wie im Text beschrieben und auf den Foto´s zu sehen. Liegt ca 2 km außerhalb vom total schnuckeligen Örtchen Casole de Elsa. Von Andrea + Barbara gab´s alle nötigen Infos zur Anreise und viele tolle Tipps vor Ort, immer mit den dazugehörigen Links. Zum Beispiel verzögerte sich unsere Anreise verkehrsbedingt auf ca. 22:15 Uhr. War kein Problem, wir standen in Kontakt und als wir ankamen, hat uns Andrea persönlich in Empfang genommen. Und wenn wir während unseres Aufenthaltes eine Frage hatten, kam immer sehr zügig eine Antwort. (Wo man in Siena am Besten parken kann, wie gelangt man am Besten nach Florenz, ...)

L’appartamento di Daria a Piombino è perfetto per una o due persone alla ricerca di un punto d’appoggio da cui esplorare la costa toscana e il suo arcipelago. Alloggio come da foto (anche meglio) moderno e con tutto il necessario. Parcheggio gratuito ampio ad una breve distanza a piedi, appartamento nel pieno centro cittadino con vari servizi.

Anna Maria ed il marito ci hanno accolto al nostro arrivi nel loro angolo di paradiso . Un posto molto bello con una vista panoramica dall alto verso la scogliera ed il mare. Pratesi è a circa 8 km da Marciana alta e 14 da Marciana Marina. Si sta bene e si respira aria buona. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani non erano compresi nel servizio ma ci sono stati consegnati dall host. Consigliato a chi vuole stare in un posto tranquillo.

Roberto et sa femme sont sympathiques, attentionnés et accueillants. Le lieu est magnifique et très intéressant pour rejoindre San Gimignano à pieds. Nous avons passé un formidable moment. Nous recommandons !

This place is something else! The views, the pool, the houses, the interior - it’s something else. We stayed with our 18 month old and had such a happy time - surrounded by nature in such gorgeous accommodation and a kiddy kitchen / toys which were perfect for Otis. It’s simply beautiful and Martina is so helpful - highly recommend with a family or groups of friends for a zen and unique time. Close to lots of gorgeous places and Martina has wonderful recommendations. Only watch out is the 2km dirt track road to get to the location but it’s 100% worth it and quite fun! Enjoy - we can’t wait to come back :)

Beautiful house, a short walk from the Piazzale Michelangelo for a stunning viewpoint. Francesca is an amazing host, very friendly and dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials, and the air conditioning worked very well. She gave us lots of recommendations and information on the area too. The area itself is incredibly peaceful and you can enjoy a quiet evening in the beautiful garden. We would come back again!

We come from Hong Kong, and a building like this is not often seen there. We are very happy to have had the chance to stay at the house. Some of the details in the house really impressed us, especially the antique furniture! Pietro is a great host—very friendly and responsive. I had some pleasant conversations with him. Thanks again!

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful Airbnb which was thoughtfully restored to reflect the history of the area. You won’t want to leave. We explored Certaldo Alto and Montefioralle- both amazing sites. The pool area was perfection and we couldn’t get enough of the landscape! Couldn’t stayed a week!!!

What a magnificent place to stay. Very peaceful and in wonderful surroundings. The dinner that Anna put on was amazing and we met some lovely fellow travellers. As the temperature was hot while we were there the pool was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this place. Anna is such a delight to deal with.

Giada's penthouse apartment was the perfect spot for a relaxing stay in Tuscany. Accessible to so many Chianti vineyards, we only wish we'd had more time staying there to explore, and less rainy weather, to enjoy the on site amenities like the pool and the two balconies more. She also gave us recommendations for the area which were super helpful! We would happily stay again.

Beautiful rustic stay in the heart of Tuscany. Manuela was very friendly and helpful. The farm at night with the fireflies lighting up the bushes and nightingale singing in the trees was absolutely enchanting.

Traumhaft und ruhig gelegene Unterkunft im Herzen des Chianti Gebietes mit fantastischem Ausblick . Ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig! Das Haus, der Garten sowie der großzügige Pool waren genial. Toskana Feeling pur. Christine und John waren großartige Gastgeber. Christine hatte tolle Restaurant Tipps und hat sogar die Reservierungen für uns vorgenommen (Somit waren auch immer gute Sitzplätze in den Restaurants garantiert). Wir waren einen Tag sogar in Ihrer anderen Unterkunft der „Villa La Petraia“ zu Gast. Die Zimmer waren sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und das Anwesen und der Ausblick auch traumhaft. Christine hat ein ausgesprochen gutes Gespür für Design und Einrichtung. Ein Design Hotel vom Feinsten. Ich hoffe bald wieder zu kommen.

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

While Paolo was away, our check-in and communication with Bruno went very smoothly. The property is absolutely stunning. The view of Sam Gimignano as you swim in the pool was something out of a movie scene. The property has surrounding olive trees and vineyards seen right from the window of the airbnb. This particular room is in a tucked away corner of the property and feels very private. Bed was comfy. Washing machine and drying racks, as well as a grill were plusses. Many agriturismos offer a dinner for an added fee, and we were a little disappointed that the dinner (in the past offered by Paolo’s neighbors) was closed during our stay. However, in fending for ourselves, we did appreciate the mini fridge and microwave, and loved eating our dinner right on the private table outside the room door. Also, you do have to clean out your trash at the end of the stay. Price felt right. Overall, would happily stay again and will be forever dreaming of the view.

What a magical stay! Christine is a true host and not only has curated a beautiful space but she also was perfectly attentive to us during our stay. The apartment was as comfortable as it is beautiful. We took advantage of the outdoor grill and swimming pool and although we explored the area we would have been just as happy to stay “home” all day. The recommendations for the area were true gems. We had breakfast our last morning and it was the perfect ending to our stay! I don’t think you can find a more perfect place.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt im Herzen der Toskana! Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft schön in der Natur – umgeben von sanften Hügeln, Weinbergen und unzähligen Olivenbäumen, die in der Sonne silbern schimmern und das Landschaftsbild einfach magisch machen. Die Aussicht ins Tal ist atemberaubend schön – man könnte stundenlang einfach nur dastehen und schauen. Der 28 Meter Pool? Besser geht es nicht – perfekt gelegen mit Panoramablick, absoluter Ruhe und einer Atmosphäre, die zur puren Entspannung einlädt. Was diesen Ort aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die Menschen: Jacopo, Sophia und ihre Kinder haben uns mit einer so herzlichen Offenheit empfangen, dass wir uns sofort wie bei guten Freunden gefühlt haben. Es ist einfach schön, solchen Menschen zu begegnen – authentisch, warm und voller Lebensfreude. Und dann war da noch Luba, die Schäferhündin – ein echtes Herz auf vier Pfoten! Sie hat uns jedes Mal mit solcher Freude empfangen, dass wir sie sofort ins Herz geschlossen haben.

My stay at Fabio’s farmhouse was delightful. The house was gorgeous and felt right at home. The house felt cozy and comfortable with breathtaking views of the Tuscany country side. The area is very serene and peaceful. There are plenty of beautiful villages around the area to visit via car. Fabio was a delightful host who was very welcoming and responsive. I am looking forward to staying again here in the future.
