I can tell you that I found my little corner in my trips to SP! The AP is comfortable... it accommodated very well, we are a couple with 2 children! The building is secure and the AP is very well equipped! Communication was always very easy with the team!

Great for those who need to stay to do something in the area. In my case, I stayed to go to a concert at Vibra SP and it was amazing! Uber is very affordable (both on the way there and back) and there is a bus that stops in front of the apartment and stops next to the concert hall. Regarding the environment: it is super comfortable, equipped and was very clean. The parking lot also helps, since it was one of the few options I found on Airbnb with a parking space included and at a good price! The whole stay was very quiet and we had no problems. Marcelo is also super friendly and responded quickly to the questions we had.

We love the house, a haven in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were very well attended by Paulo and well attended by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super helpful and attentive. The house is cozy and you can feel the care in every detail. We had a wonderful time with friends and family, playing the piano and singing together, cooking and chatting while we prepared dinner... and the house, this unique environment, the way each space is presented, was certainly very important for this to happen in such a special way. I loved the stay at Guilherme and Fernanda's apartment, they are wonderful hosts, they assist us immediately, the doormen are wonderful, the bed linens are 300 cotton threads, the location is extraordinary! Everything is fine with the accommodation, the building and the apartment are great. I recommend it!

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with a great view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5-minute walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

The place is a delight, well organized, clean, with everything we need, with a bakery practically next door, market and pharmacy very close, we will definitely be back!

Excellent experience! From the moment I arrived until the farewell, everything was impeccable. The space is exactly as described—clean, comfortable and cozy, one of those places that make you feel at home right away. The location is perfect, very close to everything I needed, making my stay much easier. The parking spaces are tight, but the condominium guidelines for parking prevent one car from being next to the other, avoiding unwanted incidents. The grocery store in the basement is excellent and the acoustic door of the room is wonderful.

The Studio was very clean, well-equipped and the stay was very comfortable. I stayed for two weeks and used the laundry and gym with ease. Check-in and checkout went smoothly and quickly. The building is organized and was worth the cost. I went for health treatment and I will have to come back more often, I will definitely stay there again. Host Neiva is very polite, helpful and receptive. I enjoyed the experience.
