We had a wonderful stay! The space is exactly as described — clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access. The host was super attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to answer questions and give good recommendations. We would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone looking for a pleasant stay in the area!

Very nice house, very nice space, sensational view and everything with total privacy of the place. The cat is very docile, even for those who do not like cats, would like this The only feedback is about the hot water in the whirlpool, because it didn't heat up as it should - or as you would expect, and in the cold, hot water is almost indispensable. The caretaker Rafael was very helpful and attentive to the setbacks I had.

People were very friendly from beginning to the end. We will be back surely.

Our stay was excellent, the cottage provides everything a couple wants and needs to spend an incredible time. The view is breathtaking, the hydro works perfectly well, the room is equipped with the necessary. Everything is calm and peaceful, just as we expected, it is very worthwhile for couples who want a moment of peace in a paradisiacal landscape.

João's guesthouse is super charming! As my wife said, "Everything here has a repertoire." It's a great place to relax — and for those who have a puppy, it's really worth it. João has three super polite friends who make great company for your pet. Not to mention the region where the inn is located, which is so quiet that it seems like we've gone deaf... This is a relief for those who live in the hustle and bustle of the city.

I wish I could have packed this loft and brought it back with me!! It was everything I wanted for my birthday vacation. Gorgeous place, gorgeous views. Host was also great with recommendations for the surrounding area, as well as accommodations with my check in and check out process. I will definitely be back!

Excellent studio, very complete. It is close to the beach, you can walk. It's better to go to the center by car. The shower is excellent, with very hot water and plenty of pressure. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is very complete, it has several utensils and appliances. The only point of improvement is the lack of air conditioning in the living room, it is only in the bedroom. As Ceará is very hot, I missed having cold air in the living room.

One of the coolest experiences I've had on airbnb. When we arrived we found the extremely clean house. The very smelling bed and bath games. The house all has a "Grandma's house" aspect which makes it very cozy. The beach is beautiful, with the calm sea and hot water. And the coolest thing is that it's right in front of you. Francisco was yesterday line all the time to assist us. O Caseiro Rafael also very helpful. And I had the pleasure of meeting the wife of Francisco who received us even with pampering. It is well worth hosting!

I really liked the listing. House with a beautiful view, I think it's even better than in the photos. We hired Bia, who Bernardo recommended, and she made all the difference too. He promptly resolved a situation with gas, assisted with check-in and check-out, brought us fresh bread in the morning, and even cooks very well! It was an amazing weekend in an amazing place. Very well-equipped house in a region far enough from the center to have tranquility and close enough for us to go to the center on foot. In less than 7 minutes on foot we were in the city center. Great location. The view is very beautiful and the house is functional. One of the rooms is quite open, which gives a lot of connection with nature.

wow just wow.. we are absolutely in love with Quitandinha. We had an amazing time, we got to relax and spend time with our relatives that we haven't seen in 25 years so the place made it extra special. Dona Cida and seu Belchior, no words to describe them, we actually became friends and will definitely come back. I highly recommend this airbnb. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in Ipanema! The space is spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The view of the beach is incredible—you’re literally just steps away from the sand, right across the street. The building felt very safe, with friendly and helpful doormen and a prime location right next to the Fasano Hotel. The area is well-patrolled and secure, with lots of police presence. Jane was a wonderful host—she checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well and was always available to answer any questions. The location couldn’t be better: walking distance to Leblon, Arpoador, and Copacabana, with tons of great shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. The rooftop pool was a huge bonus—absolutely stunning views and surprisingly peaceful, as we hardly ever saw anyone else using it. It felt like our own private retreat above the city. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Rio. Highly recommend!

Everything posted on the page was as is, more than what you see in them. A quiet place,sure, close to the pedestrian center. Ocean view and private beach access. The equipment of the spectacular kitchen. Just a suggestion, clarify that water and light drums must be paid when handing over the keys, not included in the price of the accommodation.
