Vacation rentals with a sauna in Rodizio Area

Nicely decorated studio in Jardim Paulista. It is walking distance to Oscar Freire street and very close to Shopping Pamplona which has a large Carrefour for groceries...about a 12-15 min walk to the nearest metro station. The apartment is very quiet as it faces the back of the building and had everything I needed. The host was very quick to respond to any communication or requests. The touchpad lock to enter the apartment is a little tricky but once you get used to it, it's not a problem. The only other thing to note is the entrance is located on a very busy Main Street with no driveway to pull into, so if you have a lot of luggage or ordering ride sharing it makes pickup and drop off a little difficult. Having said that, I would still stay here again if I go back to SP.

Definitely one of the best Airbnbs in Brazil I've ever stayed at. The photos accurately reflect the place. The apartment is small but beautiful, in perfect condition, a pleasant view, everything you could need for a stay in São Paulo. We'll stay here again if we come back to this city. 100% recommended.

Cezar was extremely helpful and the apartment corresponds exactly to the images in the listing. Perfectly accommodates 2 people. The building has facilities such as a gym and is close to many restaurants, bars and shops in Pinheiros, I couldn't have chosen a better location for the stay during the holiday.

My stay was excellent! The suite perfectly matches the photos: minimalist, cozy and tastefully decorated. The daily cleaning was impeccable, and the breakfast — served in the adjoining restaurant — is plentiful and tasty, a real bonus to start the day well. The location is strategic, with easy access to great restaurants, shops and tourist spots. The host was exceptional: attentive, responsive, and always ready to help with kindness. Check-in was simple and communication was uncomplicated from start to finish. Highlight the incredibly comfortable bed and the little treats that make all the difference — coffee capsules, chocolates and cookies selected with care. I recommend it without hesitation!

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with a great view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5-minute walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

Great location, with easy access to the subway, restaurant and all the necessary amenities to stay for a season. It has a daily cleaning service, making the stay much easier. Paulo was an excellent host, quick and clear in his responses. I'll definitely be back.

The accommodation is the same as the pictures, this beautiful apartment is located in the downtown area, close to many tourist areas, and it also has transportation nearby. It's very nice and pleasant, the apartment is very good. Highly recommended.

We were very well received, the place is beautiful and quiet, nor does it seem like it is in são paulo kkk. Great for BBQ, sunbathing, relaxing in the bathtub, the kitchen has everything you need, the room has air conditioning. It has a very complete market on the corner. Bruno's place is outstanding. We had an amazing time. Large bedrooms, lots of living space, and beautiful all around. The location is excellent in a private upscale area. A rare gem in Sao Paulo.

The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

The house is delicious, better than the photos. There is a lot of tranquility, comfort and peace in the residence. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and the bed and bath linens are fragrant. We had a wonderful weekend. The hosts were receptive and helped us with local recommendations. We loved it! I hope to come back again and again.

I felt very good, the house is super cozy with large rooms, everything was working perfectly, from the blender to the warm pool at night. They gave an indication of confidence for cleaning in one of the days, and Mrs. Gislene was attentive and proactive. The house is very well equipped and in São Paulo, close to where we live. I recommend it and will definitely rent it more often. Thanks for the experience!
