Family-friendly vacation rentals in São Paulo

Paul's studio in Bixiga is awesome. I had a great longterm stay. It is private and peaceful while being right in the middle of everything in São Paulo. The bed is good, the kitchen and bathroom had everything i needed and I was able to do all of my work over the wifi. There are many markets and restaurants in the area and it always felt safe. Bixiga is a culturally significant neighborhood, but you can always walk to Paulista to get all the malls and the metropolitan experience. There is a bikeshare close by and there is a lot of bus and walking accessibility. Paul is really friendly and willing to help if needed. The other folks in the complex are nice and no one bothers anyone. It was great to find peace like this in São Paulo!

Taiana was accommodating and responsive to my needs. The apartment is simple, but comfortable and worth the price. The area has lots of places to eat and shop nearby and the metro is just a few blocks away.

I went to a Guilherme Machado training, and it was great, I just needed a car to get to and from the airport. Clean, pleasant environment, very helpful and polite hotel staff. If the training is in the same place next year, I will definitely stay with Vera again!

Impeccable apartment, worth the location, worth the comfort - I'm sure I'll be back.

André and Mara were very attentive and clear in their communication. The apartment is excellent, well located on Paulista and yet quite quiet thanks to the windows. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay — and more. Everything was clean and working perfectly.

Lu & João's apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It is very compact, but for a trip of a few days, it served us very well, as it is very comfortable. Everything is new and modern, and it is very nicely decorated. The hosts also provided us with a crib (which was already set up on our arrival, thank you very much!!) and a bathtub for our baby, which were super useful. I think the only addendum I would make is that the shower door is a little narrow, which can make it a little difficult for larger people. Otherwise, the street is very quiet, although it is very well located, next to the mall and with exits to Pamplona and 9 de Julho, excellent for those who went out for a walk with the stroller. But I wanted to praise everyone's service. Not only the hosts, who responded kindly and quickly, but the doormen and the cleaning lady, who met us and helped with our bags. Everyone was very polite, we really felt at home. I would definitely come back!

Quiet place, very cozy and very quiet; I felt at home. There is a snack bar right on the corner, which helps a lot so you don't have to walk far to buy food. Everything was very clean and organized, congratulations to the hosts.

Excellent experience! From the moment I arrived until the farewell, everything was impeccable. The space is exactly as described—clean, comfortable and cozy, one of those places that make you feel at home right away. The location is perfect, very close to everything I needed, making my stay much easier. The parking spaces are tight, but the condominium guidelines for parking prevent one car from being next to the other, avoiding unwanted incidents. The grocery store in the basement is excellent and the acoustic door of the room is wonderful.

Ricardo's accommodation is perfect. The location of the apartment is perfect, it matches the photos, everything is nearby. Very good. We'll always be back!

Best Airbnb I've ever stayed in! The apartment is more beautiful than in the photos, the location is excellent, close to the subway, next to the building there is a supermarket and a bakery, you can walk to the Dengo factory. José Roberto really is a super host, he met all our requests with great attention. I'm returning to São Paulo in October and I will definitely stay there again

My stay was simply perfect! The place is exactly like in the pictures. The location is excellent, with easy access to the market, shopping and a few meters from Allianz Park. Altino was an amazing host, very attentive and available to help. I highly recommend and hope to return soon!
