The triplex is very beautiful, with all the amenities of a home. We feel very comfortable celebrating our Valentine's Day in such a special place. I recommend it to everyone. We left some brigadeiros as a gift for the cleaning lady, impeccable cleaning.

A very cozy place, there is a market and pharmacy in the condominium which makes it a lot easier, there are things in the surroundings too, I went to an event in the Anhembi district and it was very close and quick to get there. The host responded very quickly when I had any questions and also let me check in an hour earlier. In the amenities there was a hair dryer and it wasn't there when we arrived, but the host soon handed us one at the entrance. I highly recommend it, a clean and pleasant environment for a stay.

The apartment is very nice with a very beautiful view of the subway and the city, very close to Bras and 25, for those who think about shopping and staying in a nice place, I recommend it. The apartment is well equipped with various utensils. It's worth it.

The house and the place are even more beautiful in person. The house is very spacious, cozy and has wonderful bathrooms. The outdoor area is beautiful, great for enjoying the day and taking in the scenery. Claudia prepared a beautiful table with a message wishing me a happy birthday, which made all the difference. We will definitely come back more often. My family and friends love spending the weekend at Claudia's house.

The house exceeded expectations, if the photos already stand out, in person it is even better. The view from there is also incredible and the pool is wonderful, too bad we went in the winter and it was very cold, but that didn't stop us from going in it haha It is a very nice and very spacious farm, with several rooms to enjoy. Heitor was very helpful and attentive by message, and always very friendly. My friends and I loved the stay!

My stay in this wonderful home at Granja Viana was simply perfect!!! From the moment we arrived at the house everything was impeccable to welcome us. The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

Our stay was amazing! Starting with Leandro, who was a sensational host. Very attentive, careful and quick to respond. The farm is beautiful, with an immense and very well-kept green area. The entire leisure area exceeded our expectations and the house is not even mentioned! Everything was very clean and well maintained. If you go with dogs, be aware that there are some points on the wall that big dogs can jump, we went with 4, one of which is a big one and we had to be aware of that. But that's not a flaw, it's just knowing how to control your dogs. Finally, make sure you are going to a complete place, with all the infrastructure you need and that you will have sensational days.

Understand the reason for the name, Chácara Por do Sol, the experience of the sunset view is perfect... We spent wonderful days, all the families were satisfied... The house is wonderful! Every space, barbecue area, pool, living room, bedrooms, outdoor area, are beautiful is comfortable. The view of the Tbm Dam is beautiful!!! The host, Thais, was super kind and requests. We love the house and we'll definitely be back more often.

My stay was WONDERFUL! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, everything is clean, organized, everything is impeccable. Itamar was very helpful with all my questions, always guiding us in the best way, on the same sidewalk as the apartment there is a grocery store that saved us a lot. The condominium's leisure area is breathtaking, too bad it was cold lol I will definitely be hosting more often!

Apartment extremely well located, in a region with a wide range of restaurants. Maybe because it is on a high floor, the property is quiet and, what I thought vals highlight: it has blackout curtains, providing even more comfort for sleeping.
