Maria’s place is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities Maria had described. The bed was lovely and comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom were spotless and the view of the swimming pool was lovely. The TV and air con were easy to use. There were plenty of clean towels. The place was everything we could ask for. Maria was always very responsive and helpful, we needed to stay an extra day and she sorted this out for us immediately. The location was perfect for our visit to the local music festival. The staff in reception were kind and very helpful. The apartment was located close to supermarkets and a pharmacy. We really enjoyed our stay, couldn’t have asked for more. If we are ever lucky enough to visit São Paulo again we would definitely stay at Maria’s place.

The apartment is beautiful, just like the photos. It was clean, well maintained, impeccable. Excellent bedding, bathroom with a very good shower. I loved the place, I found it easy to find and parking was very close. Not to mention the wonderful sunset that you can admire from the apartment, a beautiful view. I intend to come back more often. Accommodation was a real find! A gem. We felt at home, comfortable. Everything was impeccable, it was a wonderful place that we enjoyed with great zeal and affection. Jacuzzi/bathtub working perfectly. Contact with Tom and his partners is always fast and efficient. Very close to the Santa Cruz Shopping subway station. Great option for couples who are traveling and want a wonderful place in a quiet neighborhood.

It was a great stay! The apartment is beautiful, spacious and very cozy. The hostess is kind and solicitous. The location is excellent (near the square, Paulista, subway, market, pharmacy...). The concierge staff and the cleaning ladies were also very polite and friendly to us. A 10.

Wonderful place, all the necessary items available, organized, clean and beautiful decoration, super quiet check-in, easy access to delivery, Cíntia is always very helpful, responds quickly and clearly. The second floor bedroom gave us the feeling of being in another environment, something like a cabin/chalet. We love the space and want to return soon. The only addendum is regarding the privacy of the jacuzzi, it would be interesting if there was a way to make it more private when it is a guest option, but nothing that disqualifies the space. A 10, even more so because I was asked to date in this wonderful place. 🥰

Chris was an incredible host. Communicating every step of the way and even going out of her way to assist in finding me an accessory I forgot to bring with me. She made the trip stress free and was very responsive to all my questions! I would rent from Chris again without hesitation!!!

The apartment is great. Super comfortable with beautiful decor. Close to strategic points. Safe. I highly recommend it. For those who are sensitive to light, the lack of blackout in the windows can be a problem. So that this aspect would not take away the shine of the refinement of the accommodation, I was offered a blindfold, of great quality. An easy and practical way to resolve the issue. I appreciate the sensitivity of the hosts.

This was the second time I stayed at Maria's apartment and, once again, it was an excellent experience! The place is beautiful, modern, tastefully decorated and extremely clean. Everything is thought out in the smallest details to provide comfort and well-being. I felt at home! I recommend it with my eyes closed and I will definitely come back other times.

The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet location, easy to access. Plenty of activity in the area, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.

We liked everything about our accommodation, Maickon was excellent, very helpful and attentive. The location is perfect, the apartment is beautiful and cozy, very complete, prepared to welcome people with all the comforts to feel at home, everything is very clean. Close to a supermarket, restaurant. I highly recommend it. We are already looking forward to returning and enjoying the best accommodation in São Paulo.
