Kleber is very attentive, responds super fast, always very proactive in helping, super clean house, even left a chocolate, lol, thank you Kleber! Whenever I need to sort out work stuff, I'll be around. I loved everything, including the new and well-maintained furniture and appliances. I loved the shower too

the accommodation welcomed my family very well, location close to the tourist spots I had chosen to visit, clean apartment, kitchen contains everything we need, easily accommodates 6 people.

Fernanda was an excellent host, helping us with everything. The location is wonderful, our stay was excellent.

We met for a pizza night with movies + Lady Gaga concert in Copacabana. Upon arriving at the location, we were positively surprised, as the TV and the room are even bigger than they appear in the photos. The environment is comfortable, spacious. We also really liked the outdoor area, we intend to return in the future.

The stay was great! The house is very cozy and Fernanda made us feel very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, we arrived late from a show and it was peaceful. We had a little problem with the parking key that broke and Fernanda helped us to solve it with peace of mind. I recommend, I will come back more often

Daniel was a great host, very attentive. He made a point of explaining everything in the house, which was very helpful. And the pets are very friendly!! I'll definitely be back next time.

I stayed 2 nights to do a training at Senai, which is 2km away. It made my life so much easier, because I could practically feel at home. The place is very cozy and has some amenities such as: passwords on all doors, which are easy to access, several bathrooms, an outdoor area to get some air and a shop, with very good prices, which saved me one night. Voltaria for sure.

I stayed a short time, I went with my daughter, she loved it and we will certainly return on the next trip to sp. The building is very nice. The apartment is compact but very functional. The service is excellent. Both the hosts and the building staff. I highly recommend it.

Super recommend, would stay again. Limpo, easy access to enter the very friendly gatekeepers. Mini market in front. Very close to the Estadão cafeteria also from a street full of restaurants including the well-known Famiglia Macini Tratoria all this very close by.

His place was definitely worth 10/10 everything was perfect he communicate very well and answer me right away the only thing I didn’t like was the location other than that everything was perfect!!

Great apartment, I loved my stay there!! Small but the space is well optimized, the appliances work well and I had no problems with the internet. The condominium is also very cool and all the spaces work well, I liked the study room, very good to work there. For Elvis, they were super attentive and whenever necessary responded quickly.
