The house is great! Everything is new, clean and well complete. Proactive and polite host! We will certainly rent more often!

Clean and organized environment. Check-in was done at the right time, the reception at the house was very good. All guests were comfortable and satisfied. In addition to this, the support people who were in the house were fundamental, Eli and Diego were very helpful in everything! I recommend it.

Wonderful place and identical to the photos, in the middle of São Paulo but with a country house vibe. Claudia is an excellent host and very attentive.

Cely has always been considerate and kind in the various periods when I stayed at her home. Since 2022 I have had its space as a reference in my stays in São Paulo to work. A super organized and quiet place, ideal to regain energy after a full day of work in the city. In the surroundings there are also several good options of restaurants and cafes, as well as a supermarket. Among the transportation options the subway is relatively close by. And the best, the neighborhood area is safe and familiar. I have indicated for many people who come to São Paulo and ask me to refer to comfortable and safe lodging.

We had a great stay at Claudia’s villa , it’s a gated community of 7 villas only , a prime location , close to everything, very secured and calm . The house was very relaxing and charming, and had everything we needed for cooking. We’ll come back whenever I’m in SP.

last minute choice. was well worth it. only went to sleep and shower but was happy they already had some coffee waiting for me. little area to work online. even refered a friend

A gem in São Paulo, Gustavo and Rafa are super hosts: quiet, green and close to everything you need. Strong WiFi. As everywhere in São Paulo, you must remain vigilant still, as Brazil overall is not improving in terms of security.

Excellent reception, impeccable care, the aroma of the entire apartment is inviting and the perfectionism of the housekeeping is to be congratulated.

I had a great stay! The place is small but incredibly cozy and well thought out. The bed is actually a high-quality mattress on the floor, and I was really impressed by how comfortable it is ( it feels like it has multiple layers and provides excellent support). I even asked the host about the brand because I slept so well! The sheets are top-notch, and there are plenty of pillows with different firmness levels to choose from. The compact kitchen has everything you need, and overall the space feels warm and welcoming. Daniel was a great host, very attentive and kind. I genuinely felt at home here. Highly recommended, especially if you value comfort and good sleep!

Perfect from beginning to end. The house is delightful, cozy, and exactly as described. Communication was smooth and effective the whole time. The location of the house is a gem. Last but not least, it was very nice to interact with the two dogs in the house, Coffee and Cinnamon. :)) I highly recommend it.
