It was a great stay, very nice yard, I took my dog and he loved it. There's no noise, it was very quiet. Hosts are super attentive.

Giuliano’s home in São Paulo is located in the heart of the most popular, artistic and musical area, with ease access to so many cultural adventures! Me and my family loved that part! And felt specially lucky to be able to explore Villa Madalena from this very beautiful house. Giuliano’s house is very ample, well equipped and has all the features to make one feel very comfortable . I stayed in his house for 8 nights with my family and felt like I had a home in São Paulo. I got to cook everyday to my family, to enjoy the company of many friends and family members that had access to stop by and visit us, and enjoyed specially the backyard with so many sweet features, my favorite the hammock and the garden ! I recommend Giuliano’s farm inspired house to all looking for a pleasant and relaxed home experience in São Paulo !

The place is perfect, my husband and I love the place , we need this vacation break, we love all the privacy we had , the shower is warm, the house is clean and smelling, a good bed to rest, WONDERFUL swimming pool, we enjoyed a lot , Dona Fátima is amazing , her husband is super helpful, you feel so comfortable that you go away with the feeling of longing for a family member , we will definitely come back, there is everything close, shopping, market, restaurants , and two grills . We made a barbecue in the pool, look without words. Valeu every cent. Gratitude ❤️😘

I had a 6 day stay. That frltblike it was ivet yoo doon. The place was better than the pictures portrayed it as being, and the pictures were great! The space was very clean, actually super clean, just impeccable! There was ample space and different work desk options, great appliances and an excellent home-like feel. Great WiFi signal and strength. The Itaim Bibi location is just perfect. Pedro was an incredible host, friendly, very responsive, knowledgeable about the area, with great recommendations, and tips. I will stay here again whenever I need to stay in São Paulo. Did I mention how the condo building is simply stellar, with great amenities, breathtaking views of the city and nearby park from the rooftop pool and lounge for guest. The building’s staff were very helpful. I know I said great quite a bit, because it was in every aspect. I would sum up the place and experience as: GREAT PLACE, GREAT LOCATION, GREAT HOST. The view is beautiful, especially at sunset, and the atmosphere is very cozy. The host was always very helpful and attentive throughout the stay. I recommend it to everyone looking for comfort and a good location!

A single negative observation is due to the noise that the refrigerator makes due to a maintenance problem that needs to be seen, which bothered us at night! Otherwise, everything was very good!

Great place with comfortable bed and amazing view. Building has very good sauna, gym and pool. It's quite noisy from the big road next to the building.

The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet location, easy to access. Plenty of activity in the area, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.

The apartment is excellent, the attention to detail is impressive. Super well-decorated, towels and quality bedding, with various amenities from seasoning to first aid kit available. It was all clean and smelling the impression is that it is not a lodging but an apartment to live in. It was a very pleasant experience.

I loved my stay at Natalia’s place. The building is safe and secure and the room was clean and equipped with absolutely everything I could need! Natalia is the absolute best host you’ll find- she was so so helpful and always responsive when I had questions (and I had ALOT!) I highly recommend Natalia’s place- you’ll feel right at home 😊

Elaine is an exceptional host and her place is nothing short of what’s stated in the description!! She gave plenty of recommendations of things to do and places to eat!! There were so many restaurants and little places nearby and getting around is very easy and walkable. The location and surrounding areas felt safe, at least in our experience. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back soon!
