Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Rodizio Area

Our stay at Felipe's place was sensational. Pleasant, ventilated, sunny and very comfortable environment. Bathroom with a delicious shower, comfortable bed with quality linens. Kitchen with all the items for preparing meals and with an amazing view. Excellent location, close to the subway station and good restaurants and bakeries.

The view is beautiful, especially at sunset, and the atmosphere is very cozy. The host was always very helpful and attentive throughout the stay. I recommend it to everyone looking for comfort and a good location!

Nicely decorated studio in Jardim Paulista. It is walking distance to Oscar Freire street and very close to Shopping Pamplona which has a large Carrefour for groceries...about a 12-15 min walk to the nearest metro station. The apartment is very quiet as it faces the back of the building and had everything I needed. The host was very quick to respond to any communication or requests. The touchpad lock to enter the apartment is a little tricky but once you get used to it, it's not a problem. The only other thing to note is the entrance is located on a very busy Main Street with no driveway to pull into, so if you have a lot of luggage or ordering ride sharing it makes pickup and drop off a little difficult. Having said that, I would still stay here again if I go back to SP.

My stay was excellent! The suite perfectly matches the photos: minimalist, cozy and tastefully decorated. The daily cleaning was impeccable, and the breakfast — served in the adjoining restaurant — is plentiful and tasty, a real bonus to start the day well. The location is strategic, with easy access to great restaurants, shops and tourist spots. The host was exceptional: attentive, responsive, and always ready to help with kindness. Check-in was simple and communication was uncomplicated from start to finish. Highlight the incredibly comfortable bed and the little treats that make all the difference — coffee capsules, chocolates and cookies selected with care. I recommend it without hesitation!

I really enjoyed the stay. Very well located for corporate travel, close to Shopping Morumbi. The commercial area below has everything: coffee, pizzeria, hairdresser, market, etc. Very convenient. The apartment is cozy, with a wonderful view. The gym is very practical

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with a great view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5-minute walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

Great location, with easy access to the subway, restaurant and all the necessary amenities to stay for a season. It has a daily cleaning service, making the stay much easier. Paulo was an excellent host, quick and clear in his responses. I'll definitely be back.

The house was wonderful, with a special point for the hospitality and availability of Deborah and Vanessa. The outdoor space of the house is very nice, with an open-air area and barbecue, very nice to share with friends. The electric fireplace helps to make the space more comfortable in the cold. The kitchen is quite spacious and has objects available. Everything was very well organized, the beds were super comfortable, with reinforced blankets and pillows. Great!

Me and my friends had a great experience with the rental, the neighborhood was quiet and the house was great! Only the kitchen door was not locked and worried us a little, in addition to the garage being very narrow to enter with the cars. But they were just occasional concerns, the host was very kind and the house perfectly met our needs.

I reserved the space to celebrate my son's 18 years, from the first contact to Viviane and Henrique were very kind, the house is PERFECT. Our family and guests loved the house, which really has a cosy energy, a house richly decorated with everything you need. I hope I have other opportunities to book again ..
