Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Puerto Morelos

This was our third stay at Casa Dulce and it will NOT be our last. Great location in Playacar Fase 1 with a private pool to cool off in after walking around 5th Avenue (about 10 minute walk) or spending the day at the beach which is less than 2 blocks from the home. Alizee sent an email before our arrival with restaurant suggestions as well as suggestions of things to do. The AC was a definite plus. We would turn it on before bed and the room was nice and cool for sleeping. Highly recommend this Airbnb location in Playa del Carmen

Segunda vez quedándonos en una de las propiedades de Paola, tuvimos una gran experiencia de nuevo, estaba muy agradable la decoración, la zona era muy tranquila de noche, el acceso a la playa fue el mayor atractivo pero lamentablemente había sargazo cuando fuimos, el guardia siempre fue muy amable. De la casa no tenemos ninguna queja, solo el aire de una recámara no enfriaba mucho pero de ahí en fuera todo bien. Al fin fuimos a la cafetería de Paola y está muy rico el pan, no pierdan oportunidad de ir. Y las recomendaciones de club de playa y restaurantes fueron muy buenas. Rentamos un tour y un automóvil a través de Paola y fue de gran ayuda. Sin duda volveremos de nuevo :)

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

La ubicación es muy accesible la casa está casi en la entrada del fraccionamiento y la ruta pasa en frente de este está muy cercas del puerto La recomiendo mucho la casa tiene las comodidades necesarias

To give perspective, we were 6 adults and 5 children ages 15 mos, 2 3 yr olds and 2 6 yr olds. The place is absolutely beautiful, charming and artistic. It was soooo spacious and airy. We had nice rooms each with a bathroom. The large courtyard had a pool that was perfect for the kids. There’s a large play area between the beach and the house. It was perfect! Mayela, the hostess, was so prompt in answering messages. She was great to work with. My family is already planning our next visit there.

Un lugar muy acogedor lindo, tranquilo, moderno y para lo que nosotros buscábamos que era familiar fue perfecto adicional está en un punto medio por lo que puedes moverte con mucha facilidad hacia varias playas de la zona si se recomienda llevar tu propio vehículo para poderte mover al súper y a los lugares concurridos. E lugar de Elena en realidad tiene todo lo que pudieras necesitar para una estancia larga y agradable lo recomiendo totalmente.

The house was largely as described, the kitchen had everything needed for anything we wanted to prepare. The hosts were incredibly responsive to minor issues and they were addressed promptly and with great communication to ensure our comfort. The only issues were one bedroom was described as a queen bed but had two (I think) twins or fulls. The guestbook provided had many great places to visit, the homes proximity to both Puerto Morales and Playa provides a long list of options for dining and things to do. We would definitely visit again and stay at this house.

On a passé un merveilleux séjour chez Mark. C'est vraiment le roi du Air Bnb, il a tout compris à la façon dont il faut recevoir les gens, sa maison est comme Home away from home, c'est cosy, coloré, bien pensé. On s'y est sentis comme à la maison, et le quartier est tellement paisible et sécurisé, rien à dire !

the place is amazing, clean and spacious. the rooftop pool was incredible. The facility pool is also great! Location is very convenient. although our stay was great, if I have to give some feedback; the AC in the smaller bedoom was blowing too much when turned on on the lowest mode. evening hrs it can be noisy when in the bedroom the beds by the pool were a bit worn off

Le logement était super ! Exactement comme sur les photos. L’immeuble est aussi très bien, on se sentait en sécurité. Les commodités étaient géniales. Étant allés pendant la période des sargasses, la terrasse était idéale puisque nous pouvions tout de même profiter du soleil avec les piscines et le bar. Ryan est un très bon hôte, la communication était excellente et il répondait très vite aux questions que nous avions. 10/10 pour Ryan et le logement. Il est aussi bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied de la Quinta Avenida. Ce n’est pas dans la partie la plus « touristique » de Playa del Carmen, mais nous avons aimé cet aspect, car c’était un lieu plus calme. 😊

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Playa del Carmen! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and everything else we wanted to explore. The neighborhood felt safe and was incredibly beautiful, with plenty of charm and vibrant local culture. The home itself was spotless and very well-maintained. You can tell the host puts a lot of care into making sure guests feel comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. From check-in to check-out, the host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind—truly one of the best we’ve encountered. This place really made our vacation stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen. We'd definitely stay here again!

Gem! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special. This Airbnb exceeded all expectations! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. But the true highlight? The swimming pool. The pool area felt like a private oasis — crystal clear water, comfortable lounge chairs, and just the right mix of sun and shade. We spent our mornings enjoying coffee by the water and our evenings watching the sunset poolside with a glass of wine. It was peaceful, serene, and incredibly rejuvenating. Our host was just as wonderful as the home — responsive, thoughtful, and full of helpful local recommendations that made our trip even better. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, recharge, and truly escape, this is it. We’re already planning our next trip back. Don’t hesitate — book it!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Victor and Laura's place. The location is perfect, right at the center of town and one block from the beach, ( literally 1 minute walking distance ) . Laura was super responsive and helpful, and she always took her time to answer all my questions!!! We loved to stay at their apartment and we will for sure come back!!!

Stay here! Carlos is immediately responsive and accommodating. The building is safe and the apt: squeaky clean, quiet and comfy with all the amenities + breathtaking views from the rooftop pool. Located in one of the nicest spots in Playa and completely accessible to everything by foot. Really great experience!

Incredible stay at this beachside condo. The place is immaculate and designer furnishings abound. There is everything one could want on vacation, the kitchen is stocked and there is plants of seating areas. The breeze from the ocean is refreshing and the check in was so easy and we loved the private tour of the facilities so we could know where everything is located. Very quiet with beautiful views. We would absolutely stay again.

Fabulous stay in Cozumel- excellent location to explore the island Kelley checked on us several times throughout the stay, and provided amazing recommendations. We enjoyed the space, felt right at home, and hope to stay here again next time we are on the island.

The place was beautiful and very clean. Check-in was smooth, and Esperanza was there to welcome us. As a kind courtesy, they had water, beer, and fresh fruit waiting for us — such a thoughtful and personal touch I’ve never experienced before. The AC in the living room wasn’t working initially, but they sent someone quickly to fix it. The water pressure wasn’t the best, which is somewhat expected in Mexico, but it did make showers a bit difficult. All the staff were friendly and helpful — especially Jazmin Flores, the gate guard, who was incredibly kind and attentive. We wished we had explored more of the Playacar area since it has so much to offer. The location was just as described and very convenient. Overall, my friends and I truly enjoyed our stay!

Awesome! Definitivamente el mejor lugar que puedas encontrar en Playa del Carmen, el departamento se sentía como estar en casa, no le hace faltama absolutamente nada, tiene todo, su departamento y las instalaciones de lujo, las amenidades grandiosas, Olivia fue muy atenta y muy amable, caminar a la 5ta avenida era un grandioso paseo, son como 12 minutos, definitivamente regresare! el mejor lugar de Playacar está aquí!

Stay Cielo was an amazing host! Very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The room was just as gorgeous as the pictures, with beautiful decor and a relaxing atmosphere. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here. We'd love to stay again!

I can most definitely say this was one of our All time favorite places to stay!! The home was in an amazing location…walking distance to everything we needed or wanted to do. Corrina had a list of dining places that were spectacular!! We love to walk and explore and these surrounding did not disappoint. The private pool was a huge blessing on days that we just want to lay out and relax!! Thank you so much for hosting us in your beautiful home!

Great apartment in a nice condo complex. It’s worth noting that if you’re after beach time to note that Playa del Carmen and that coast gets a lot of seaweed from May thru August apparently, so be prepared for the smell and not using the sea much. The apartment is wonderful, well lit, very spacious and well equipped. The host is very responsive. The pool setup is great, added bonus having same shade over the pool. Staff at the complex are fantastic. Overall we enjoyed our stay here

We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs, and this one was the best one yet—such a high value for a low price. Camille and Edir were phenomenal hosts; Edir especially met us in person a few times and was so amazing and gave above-and-beyond service. The apartment itself is incredibly beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos, but feels even more spacious than the photos. I was so impressed with the laundry service, daily housekeeping and beautiful pool right on the beach. This stay was an enormous value!!! Thank you Edir and Camille!!
