Apartment vacation rentals in Puerto Morelos

Awesome place for the family! I was a little skeptical about at first buying an Airbnb in Mexico (since I have never been there before), but after staying here, I can definitely say I will be back. I never once felt unsafe and it was nice to see the police everywhere around the neighborhood for added security. The place was easy to find and a very great location, the taxis around Playa del Carmen are also very reasonable. So many restaurant options all within a five minute walk of the property. Also, plenty of late night bars to stop at. The roof top pool was perfect and had a great view of the ocean and Cozumel. Pool also has a bar with great drink prices. The beach was a quick walk away, but I would suggest taking a taxi though too Playa - 72, a much more quiet beach if you don't want a crowd. Lastly, the host was very attentive and always responded when needed. The front desk was also a great resource for anything we needed. I will definitely be back here!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Playa del Carmen! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and everything else we wanted to explore. The neighborhood felt safe and was incredibly beautiful, with plenty of charm and vibrant local culture. The home itself was spotless and very well-maintained. You can tell the host puts a lot of care into making sure guests feel comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. From check-in to check-out, the host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind—truly one of the best we’ve encountered. This place really made our vacation stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen. We'd definitely stay here again!

The place was exactly as posted. Communication was very outstanding, and it was very safe. And of course the 7-11 is very convenient

Michael and Ernesto were very proactive during my stay even when the air conditioning created massive condensation and leaked into the bathrooms, it was resolved and fully cleaned within a few hours. They were great hosts and would stay again!

Irias was incredible with the check in and check out process. She was always available when we needed her. The place is incredible. I just loved the roof top private pool! I have nothing negative to say about this property. I will definitely stay there again.

Andrea's place was beautiful and she is an amazing host! The condo is new and with awesome amenities, particularly for families - beautiful pool (warm and never busy!), basketball,tennis and pickleball courts, open air gym in a gated community. You'll definitely need a car though as it's not in a walkable distance to anything, but close to everything by car. If you're planning to explore the area by car (lots of cenotes nearby) and not party (it's a very quiet place at night), this is the right place for you! Andrea and Danny were always very quick to respond and very friendly and I would definitely recommend this condo to everyone!

Nice apartment located on one of the nicest streets in Playa del Carmen, perfect for a stay as a couple with everything you need to rest and get to know the surroundings, clean, comfortable and safe.

The apartment was clean and all was ready for our arrival. Carmen and Arturo were quick to respond to any questions and needs we had. The location is beautiful, safe, and within walking distance to countless activities, shopping, and restaurants. There is also golf cart service available if you don't want to walk. Clarifying note: there is no guest account for Netflix, just a small smart TV and you can log into your own streaming services. For the price we paid, we would definitely consider staying here again if we come back.

Great location , just a short walk to 5th Ave. Maybe 10 minutes to the beach. Nice little park just across from the house. We arrived much earlier than scheduled check in .Howard let us drag all of our stuff in and we went out to lunch while they finished prepping our rooms. Howard will adjust to any of your needs or concerns, even promised to replace a rickety screen door. If you want a home away from home , this comfortable apartment and setting is for you. .

We had a fantastic 5‑night stay at this Playa del Carmen Airbnb! The location was unbeatable—just steps from Mamita’s Beach, Quinta Avenida, great restaurants, and the Market, yet wonderfully quiet at night. The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We loved having a fully equipped kitchen (which came in handy after our grocery run), and the fast reliable Wi‑Fi made it ideal for planning each day. Check‑in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It was the perfect home base—comfortable, convenient, and easy to unwind in. The totally private hot tub and sun deck are just cherries on top! Highly recommend!

An excellent apartment for a couple, well located, several supermarkets nearby, close to the highway and close to the stations where they pick you up to go to the Xcaret parks. The whole stay was very good and Victor was always attentive to what was needed.

I highly recommend this unit. It is clean, very well appointed and peaceful. It is exactly as described and matched all photos. The host was very responsive.

We loved our time at the Plantation House! The hosts were great communicators and were able to help with our requests. The apartment was beautiful, from the handcrafted wooden furniture to the outside terrace. They have perfected the details too, from plenty of fans (ac too) beach toys to borrow, to Tupperware for packing a picnic beach lunch— it made for an easy trip. Finally the property is beautiful. The courtyard is so peaceful and the pool was a treat. We would certainly stay again.

Loved this place! The instructions to get into the community were a little confusing but we were able to work it out okay. The community is beautiful and they have decorated the apartment gorgeously! My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer and use all of the amenities! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Beautiful place, extremely clean, ocean view, cold ac! Host was very accommodating with our last minute booking. Secure parking and location. Two pools with ocean views. Located right on the beach (sargassum was an issue, so be mindful with time of year booking) Beds were super comfortable with new bedding and smart tvs. Plenty of closet space in each room. Several beach towels provided, which was a nice touch. Small kitchenette with full size fridge. Large shower with great water pressure. We had a nice stay!

Perfect location - directly on the beach. Beautiful condo that is well appointed and spotless with a great Italian restaurant next door. Very easy access to the beach. Marisa is incredibly friendly and helpful with my requests. Front desk/receptionists are also lovely. I would definitely stay here again!

I loved my stay at this beautiful studio in Puerto Morelos, it was the perfect combination of comfort and perfect location. The space is modern, impeccable and very well equipped with everything you might need. The balcony and rooftop is a dream: it has beautiful views of the ocean and mangroves, a pool, barbecue and plenty of space to relax. It is in the very center of Puerto Morelos just a few steps from the beach, the main square, main supermarket, shops and restaurants. I really appreciated details like the secure parking and the elevator. 100% recommended.

The apartment had everything I needed -- nice kitchen, adequate shower and a good bed. It was a short walk to the beach, stores and great places to eat or listen to music. I had a few special requests and Meelissa was very responsive and accommodating. I liked the place so well I extended my stay in Puerto Morelos (instead of Cancun) and now I'm on the top floor with the palapas roof - no stove but even cozier! No need to rent a car or even get a taxi as it's only 30 pesos on Playa Express to get down to PM, and 10 pseso on the Collectivo to get to beach side. Once here everything is in walking distance or you can rent a bike.

This apartment is beautiful. The front two rooms have amazing views of the ocean and are very comfortable. We are a family of 5 and the space accommodates us beautifully. The two teenagers squealed when they saw their room with two queen beds and what felt like an additional room just for the walk in closet and bathroom space. Juliana was the most perfect host, quick to communicate and very very helpful. Access to the beach was close and easy, the pool area is HUGE and the restaurants on site made food options easy. The local shops and restaurants are a quick taxi ride, which Juliana assisted us with. There’s also a Spa onsite which was a surprise. The services are very reasonably Priced and while we went to the spa itself I do believe there is an option for them to come to the unit. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had.

This condo is tastefully decorated , spacious , with thoughtful & practical touches. The complex is quiet, located in an uncrowded beach area, with its own pool & hot tub. Use of a golf cart was essential in access to town center, as adjacent construction was a deterrent to walk the distance for us. CeCe was very responsive to questions & Prompt to adjust to our needs. I will definitely recommend the site to others & hope to return. Gustavo , on site was also helpful & available.

Susana's listing is very clean, comfortable and has a great view. We took advantage of the both the rooftop pool and golf cart. While the location is south of the main restaurant area, the golf cart ride takes just a few minutes and there is a beer garden at the roundabout. The one and only issue we had with this listing was the aroma from the sargassum. It can be quite pungent at times. Of course, this is no fault to the hosts, just something to be aware of when staying here.
