One of the most gorgeous Airbnb's we've ever stayed in. Designer feel with stunning colours, fabrics and lighting. Loved the peaceful rural location complete with very friendly chickens and cats. We definitely plan to come back. Thank you for such a wonderful week 💕

This is a fantastic, secluded spot for a stay in North Devon. Though quiet itself, it's less than 10 minutes' walk to Braunton which has a selection of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants which Ant helpfully guides with recommendations. The place itself is beautifully done, with a full kitchen, large bedroom and bathroom, and excellent outdoor area for barbecues in addition to a lovely firepit. The landscaping of the gardens is stunning, it's a brilliant place to relax, and Ant is very helpful and responsive if you have any issues or want tips on what to do.

We had lovely stay ! Beautiful, comfortable home in a picturesque setting. Very well equipped, had everything we needed. Venetia was very welcoming and helpful. Incredible value. Would visit again in an instant!

Hannah and Heath were absolute stars! Can you imagine our embarrassment at turning up a day earlier than we had booked for?! Hannah and Heath came down to their lovely cottage and got it all prepared at speed for us! So kind and incredibly generous considering our blunder. The cottage was well furnished, very clean, and had all mod cons. There were very thoughtful additions of fresh flowers, a bottle of wine and some yummy chocolate treats. We were very comfortable there. The setting is absolutley beautiful and we were told that we could exercise our dog in the field behind the cottage. That was set out with a very large Children's Activity Centre that you might find in a play park. You could access the Tarka Trail via their land, which was great as we did some long walks along it, and stopped for refreshments at the Puffing Billy Cafe. We loved the cottage, it was everything and more! We would certainly like to return again for another stay and explore the area in more depth.

The cottage felt absolutely magical, a family home filled with more than I’ve experienced with any other Airbnb, there was so much for our daughter to play with and space for everyone, it felt like home from home and the garden was beautiful. Location is brilliant, a minute walk to the high street, or a lovely walk up to the church grounds in the opposite direction, or through the back gate and you’re at the kids playground. Short drives to Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe for the beaches, Barricane beach was our favourite. Owner was incredibly responsive. Hope to return to the gorgeous lavender pathways soon….

What can we say, from booking our stay, to leaving after an amazing week, we truly felt at home. Kam and Bens home is beautiful throughout, there wasn’t one thing that we thought we needed or wanted that wasn’t provided for. Kam met us on arrival, earlier than we expected, and showed us around her wonderful home, all instructions in a helpful guide in the kitchen, even tide times, for trips. Great advice for our trip to Lundy, she even sent us up to date weather forecast . Kam provided us with mobile numbers if we were stuck for anything, and ensured it was ok for Ben to check the hot-tub, when we were out. Lovely touches, such as robes for getting out of the tub, were much appreciated. Superb hosts, will definitely visit again, our daughter and her partner joined us for a few days and loved every minute, lovely walk to the beach, only 10mins away, and the most amazing sunsets from the lounge and bedroom . We had an excellent stay at Clare’s place in Braunton. We were attending a wedding at a local venue but decided on a longer stay to explore the area - very glad that we did! The air BnB had a great kitchen and living area, well equipped with everything that you would need, and had a lovely outdoor space. The bed was also very comfy which is always a bonus! The location is ideal, a short drive away from Saunton Sands, and slightly further to Croyde where we had some lovely food and watched the sunset on the beach. Clare / Jane were really helpful with instructions and directions to the property, and left a number of useful numbers and recommendations in the air BnB which helped a lot! Would certainly recommend staying here if you’re looking to visit the north Devon coast!

Jeremy and Paivy are the best kind of AIRBNB host I could ever hope for. They are thorough, patient and prompt with every aspect: From the equipment of the house, to transportation and grocery, to local entertainment and cultural spots. The house is generous in size, my two teenager daughters and myself each had a separate space. The kitchen is better equipped than many. The bathroom is not huge but easy to maneuver. We were soaking in the charm and warmth of British countryside for 10 days. Jeremy's farm house gave our country life a note of sophistication, and a genuine sense of goodness. We returned home fully rested and thankful.

This has to be the best ever beachfront apartment we have stayed in. Spectacular views, spacious balcony, superbly equipped and everything worked without any hassle. The Leisure Club is an added bonus for me - brilliant pool, fitness equipment and the jacuzzi plus the outdoor terrace and restaurant with great meals, especially the (takeaway available too) fish and chips. The purpose of this trip was a holiday for my 94 year old Mother - above all the apartment was very safe/secure, accessible, the few steps to the 1st floor are manageable and the lift means getting into the apartment is easy. Totally recommend this apartment!

I loved staying here and can't wait to come back. I came here for some R&R and the spot here is beautiful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Very friendly hosts who respected your privacy. The secret garden was a bonus too!

The apartment was an absolute dream With beautiful views across the harbour and the sea - There’s not many places you can book where you can see both the sunrise and the sunset from the same balcony. The pictures don’t do this place justice, the kitchen is lovely and fully equipped with everything you need. The apartment is lovely and clean and spacious plus comes with your own parking space outside. You also gain access by a key lock which was perfect for us arriving in the late evening. We walked down to the harbour for drinks and food and this was a short walk from the apartment. Leila’s communication was also fantastic. We absolutely loved our stay.

Great location, with amenities - and views across Charmouth to the sea - just as shown in photos. Just 10 minutes or so wander downhill to the sea and only half a mile from the village centre with a good (early until 9.00pm) convenience store, small bakery, pharmacy and pubs. Lots of coastal and inland walks within relatively short drives and easy access to Lyme Very responsive host.

A great place to stay in a fantastic location, right by the sea. Dee's flat is comfortable and has everything needed, it's right on the SW Coast Path and central to Ilfracombe shops but very quiet. We parked at Larkstone Lane car park and bought a permit online although we could have parked nearer. The bus links east and west along the coast were great and very handy for walks. Dee was really helpful, especially as we were getting the boat from Lundy so didn't know what time we'd arrive - thanks for a lovely stay!

Amazing views and right in the middle of Westward Ho! The accommodation was very spacious and had all the home comforts. We travelled with a 5 month old, and we were offered a travel cot which was really accommodating. Secure parking with a dedicated parking space on site was also a big plus. The downside of having such great views of the sunset meant that the rooms were very light despite the blinds being all down, which can be an issue for young ones/ light sleeping adults. Overall, had a great stay and would come back again.

A fabulous flat in a great area. We had a super two night break here. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was even better than the description. Can’t wait to visit again! Thank you!

We had a lovely week in Emily & Matt's flat. We liked that you can walk into town but also to Fistral beach & quieter areas. Great views - I enjoyed relaxing, reading in the bay window. I treated myself to swim & breakfast at Headland hotel (special offer).

Great place to stay, 2nd time for us, great views and 5 mins walk to centre and beach, apartment is lovely, everything you need and very clean and comfortable, we have dogs so it’s great there is a porch to clean them off and also a bit of outside space for them in the morning, will definitely book here again.

What a fabulous place to stay, couldn’t have been more perfect! Beautiful setting ,so peaceful, immaculate interior but comfy too! Having two bathrooms was great felt very luxurious. Also a perfect length walk to the incredible Valley of The Rocks and Lynton with handy food shops. Will definitely recommend to others and will definitely be going back. Paul and Wendy were super friendly and had great suggestions for some lovely swim spots, we were 4 ladies on a wild swim weekend! Thank you Wendy and Paul Suzanne

A hidden gem on the hillside very near the harbour and only 10 minute walk from the High Street. The Snug is what it says it is - small, cozy, functional but very comfortable. Emma’s instructions were needed to find it and, as she says, there are a few steps. Parking nearby for short stays and overnight was fine but the long stay car park is only a stroll along the harbour. Emma provided lots of little extras like, fruit, croissants, milk, flowers, honey and bathroom products which made it feel very personal. Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was in a beautiful location with stunning views of the bay from both the bedroom and down on the decking / hot tub. The apartment was spotless and could tell no expense was spared when creating this space. It had everything you could need in the kitchen, as well as lots of little extras which make all the difference. We were lucky to have beautiful weather so felt like we were on holiday for the 2 days we were there when on the loungers on the private decking. Wouldn’t change anything and would definitely stay at Bay View again! Thank you Lisa for a wonderful, relaxing stay!

A stunning, stylish apartment with large rooms, elegantly furnished in a mixture of period and contemporary styles with a choice of sitting rooms, a private garden and a huge sun trap patio looking out towards Torquay and Dartmoor. Good facilities especially for those with walking difficulties as where there are steps, ramps are provided and wheel chair access is therefore, relatively easy. My wife and I had superb weather and a very enjoyable week and hope to return again soon.

Hosts were really responsive and helped out with changes to dates. House was incredible and location was stunning. Really quite location and easy reach of all amenities. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again. Thanks to John and his team

What can I say? WOW! And Beautiful! One of the best bnb’s I’ve stayed in. Location was perfect. Long walks but be prepared for the hills, plenty of places to eat and drink. Relaxing surroundings and peaceful. The apartment was very luxurious, clean and comfortable. Shirley was very informative and helpful and left lovely drinks and snacks for us which was lovely. If I had to find any negatives with the property the only thing I can think of is there was no tv in the bedroom. Not everyone likes this anyway. We had our iPad so watched a film in bed from there so no real issue. Watch out for seagulls and pidgeons! They are in abundance. lol! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Shirley!
