This is our second time staying @ Pendragon House but we stayed in a different room. The view from the room was fantastic and the house is welcoming. We will definitely stay again. Thank you.

Really unique place in a lovely garden! If the weather is nice, it‘s wonderful to take a walk in the public garden. The accommodation itself is clean and neat. Great bathroom, kitchen could hve a few more utensils. Overall a great place to stay, especially during off-season!

We loved staying at Sarah’s place. The location was perfect. Only a short walk to local restaurants and shops. The view from the kitchen/living area of the apartment is spectacular! The apartment was spotless and very cosy. Sarah was very helpful and left clear instructions for check in and check out. We would happily stay at Sarah’s place again, next time we visit Fowey.

A great place to enjoy a stag weekend, accommodation excellent with all that we required. Easy walk to the beach and shops / bars in Polzeath. Ample space inside for a group of 13 with seating outside for BBQ. Overall a great few days in the warm Cornwall sunshine, highly recommended.

The Hartland peninsula in North Devon is one of the most awe inspiringly beautiful places in the world. The peaceful location, the character of the gorgeous farmhouse and the endless opportunities for countryside and coastal walks make this a perfect location for amazing landscape and seascape photography. Amazing weekend in a fantastic airbnb.

We had a great time staying at the lodge. The surrounding area was very peaceful, and local amenities are only a short walk away. We loved chilling out in the hot tub

Annie's co-host Vicky met us on arrival and was very helpful (in pouring rain) in showing us the accommodation. The Stable was excellent for what we wanted and very clean and well provisioned. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts, including providing fresh mint for our new potatoes!! Overall, a great stay and very good value for money.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vardons. It is really spacious and was immaculately clean and very well appointed. It’s a 7 minute walk into Braunton which offers lots of nice shops and restaurants and a short drive to various beautiful beaches. Guy was responsive to our queries both before and during our stay. I would recommend

The chalet was a perfect location for our short break in the area. It’s well located for many of the local attractions . It’s an extremely well maintained holiday park- very quiet and peaceful and the chalet itself was warm, welcoming and exceptionally well presented.

Beryl’s cottage is an absolute gem. Spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious, and thoughtfully furnished, it made for one of the most comfortable stays we’ve had. The bed was exceptionally comfortable — we slept like logs — and the towels were luxuriously soft, a lovely touch that didn’t go unnoticed. The heating worked instantly and kept the whole place warm and cosy, even on cooler evenings. One of our favourite moments was sitting outside with a glass of wine, taking in the stunning beach view — truly peaceful and relaxing. We had zero issues throughout our stay, and it was a pleasure to meet Beryl herself — such a kind and welcoming host. If we had to mention one small suggestion, it would be the lounge chairs — they were a little on the firm side, and a two-seater sofa might make the space even more comfortable for relaxing indoors. That said, this didn’t take away from a fantastic experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, beachside escape.

Mark was an extremely communicative host and he even greeted us and made us feel right at home; will definitely be coming down to stay in the boat house again ! The premises and surrounding area is beautiful

What a Gem of a place! We had a wonderful stay and the accommodation was fantastic, the garden even better, we made some cherished memories with family and our dogs, who adored the open secure space. It’s was like home from home and has everything you need! Local to some stunning places and good pubs! Stunning views to wake up to and peaceful! Thank you Tom for accommodating us. We will be returning again for sure!

Amazing place, nicest caravan we’ve ever stayed in. Host was so helpful and communication was great. Being able to walk straight on to the coastal path and walk to the beach or into Bude without needing to go on roads with the kids was amazing. Great location for a family holiday, we had such a lovely week. Thank you :)

This was the perfect place for a family celebration. We felt totally spoilt with all the wonderful amenities in this luxury property. The pool was very popular (especially the kids) and the bbq lodge was so much fun. The owners were very helpful, everything was beautifully done and there was everything we needed. We had the best time and would absolutely love to come again. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a real treat. Thank you so much.

Just returned from a fantastic week at Joe's place. The location was perfect and you didn't need to move your car if you didn't want too. The cottage had everything you need for a perfect holiday The beach was walkable and there were plenty of nearby pubs and restaurants that were all dog friendly. Joe sent us plenty of excellent recommendations to try. Must do: Electric bakery for breakfast La Boca Pizza and sit outside the Carriers pub Fabric painting at The Kitchen Front Mermaid Fish and chips shop. We sat outside every evening in the beautiful private courtyard and ate . Make use of the kayaks and body boarding equipment . We went to the beach every day as it was so close, sunset in the beach was fabulous. Joe and his brother Daniel were so helpful and responsive. I will definitely return and would highly recommend this place for a perfect holiday in Bude. Can't wait to see the new accommodation when it's finished . Thanks for a brilliant holiday and some great memories made!

We had a lovely stay at Chelsie’s house in Appledore. We managed to drop all our bags etc off at the door before moving the car to the park. The house was exactly what we required and very close to the bus, restaurants, and seafront. Appledore doesn’t have any large food shops except John’s deli (lovely but expensive) but as we already knew this we had arranged a delivery. The house and garden room with pool table were ideal for the kids to play safely. There was some noise from the pub on the corner at night - especially when they forgot to turn the outside speakers off- but otherwise it was quiet & peaceful. There is a nice park in the town for the children. We ate in two of the local eateries and would recommend both The Yard and the Flame Factory.

Lovely apartment. Fresh airy and well stocked - had all we needed. Good quality furniture and comfortable beds . Nice bathrooms and fluffy towels . There are a lot of stairs to this property so need to be aware of that - good exercise though. Apartment Just as the photos show and lovely view from the sitting room to enjoy over morning coffee.

As a mixed group of couples and singles in their 60s we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Slipway. The location only a few yards from the harbour is excellent and means you can walk around Ilfracombe very easily as well as sampling the nearby pubs, cafes and restaurants. The house itself is extremely comfortable with 5 en-suite bedrooms and a modern, well equipped kitchen and lounge. Would highly recommend for family or group getaways.

We had a lovely stay at Breakers. The views are incredible! The house is spacious, clean and well appointed. We would definitely return and would recommend to others.

Little Nod was the perfect place for a winter getaway. It was a little chilly so we made good use of the extra blankets and electric radiators. It was a great base for exploring sections of the coastal Footpath and the pub next door served a great roast.

Ashley’s apartment was spotless, well presented with a lovely comfy bed and clean bathroom. So close to pubs, shops and restaurants in tingagel with onsite parking round the back which was easy to find. Would certainly recommend and Ashley was super helpful too.

We had a wonderful stay and a really beautiful spot. Hamish and Helen had thought of everything and were fantastic at giving us local recommendations. Lots of really lovely walking both coastal and in pretty estuaries. Loved taking the little ferry to St Mawes and would recommend The Lugger in Portloe for a special meal and the best cream tea!

It was a privilege to stay in this beautiful family home. The location was sublime, peaceful and idyllic. The quirky access was amusing and great to be so close to the Ferry Boat Inn. The house had everything you could wish for and more!
