Lovely sunny outside patio area where you can enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine . Just a few minutes walk to pubs The Kings Arms and The Rock Inn , both serving excellent food. The magnificent Putsborough beach is just 5 minutes by car, Croyde is 2 miles away, Saunton and Woolacombe beaches are all nearby as is The Southwest Coast Path.

Hang Five-spacious annexe nr North Devon's beaches

Hang Five is a comfortable and spacious one bedroom annexe attached to our family home in Braunton, 5 minutes walk to the centre of the village. NOT SUITABLE FOR GROUPS The bedroom has an en-suite shower room and seperate lounge with kitchenette and dining area. Braunton hosts a fantastic selection of cafes, bars, restaurants, takeaways and a range of local shops. It's the gateway to North Devon's famous surfing beaches, with Saunton, Croyde, Putsborough and Woolacombe 10-20 minutes drive.

The Tarka Suite

We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.

Valle Vue is a quite rural warm cosy place, on the end of the bungalow with is own private entrance, private off road parking right outside, A King sized double bed with adjoining en-suite, & a separate WC. Complementary tea, coffee, cereal, milk & fruit juice. Cloud End is a studio room for 2 people. An idyllic, peaceful spot in the heart of the Valley of Rocks with spectacular views of the valley. It is just 5 minute walk down to the Valley of Rocks, 10 minutes walk up the road into Lynton. Visitors can then take the Funicular Cliff Railway down to the picturesque harbour of Lynmouth. The entire space is step free and is easily accessible for people with limited mobility.
