We had a really wonderful and relaxing break here with our pup walking through the Lake District. This house was perfect, in stunning gardens and close to everything we wanted to do. We even enjoyed eggs from the chickens which came to say hi to us every day. A really beautiful place to stay, comfortable and had everything we needed.

This place is the most peaceful setting, waking up to a view of the hills, the foliage, the sheep & the cry of the pheasants. It was great! Excellent proximity to trails. Close to town. The space was perfectly appointed, and had all the things we needed to stay comfortably with our 6 month old. I would certainly recommend if you’re needing a recharge in the countryside. And Tanya was quick to respond as needed.

We had the most wonderful week at the Rocket House. James has created the most wonderfully welcoming and enjoyable space. The house was truly more beautiful than we anticipated. It had everything we needed. The amenities were functional and well-appointed. The whole house was well-suited for our needs and was incredibly livable. My favorite part was the windows. If I have to clean up from dinner, the view made it so much more enjoyable. Additionally, the house was spotless and easily accessible. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Also, learning about the history of the house made it more meaningful to discover the specialness of the location and the house's origins. I CANNOT say enough good things about the location. The SW Coast Path is literally just outside the door. The views were stunning. Working with James was a joy. He was communicative, informative, and accommodating. I have already sent this listing to multiple friends!

Everything about our stay was perfect! From the croissants left for breakfast to the private jacuzzi. If you want a private, peaceful getaway but with a 5 star feel then this is the place for you!

Emily and Daniel were brilliant hosts and very easy to communicate with. Their home is beautiful and it was spotlessly clean too. Their pool area is stunning so if you get the weather it’s a really lovely space to enjoy. I would recommend this to anyone looking to spend time in this area, just be aware that the pool area is shared with their home. We were staying as did the Seven Sisters hike one day (40mins drive away). Thank you again for a lovely stay.

Had a wonderful long weekend at Bretforton Manor. Lucy was the perfect host and made us feel very welcome. Everything in the Coach House was spotless and well equipped and we loved having the use of the swimming pool and gardens which were beautiful. Our visit coincided with Bretforton open gardens weekend which was hosted in the Manor garden so we also got to see other gardens in the village as well as entertainment and delicious refreshments on our doorstep. The Fleece Inn pub is a 5 minute walk and we recommend the food there too. Perfect location for exploring the area with Hidcote Gardens and Kiftsgate a short drive away. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We really appreciated the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The jacuzzi was lovely! The hosts were great at providing us with all the information we needed for a stress free check in/out and a perfect stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mini break. Peacocks were a lovely surprise seeing them walk around the estate. Thanks again! My partner and I stayed here for two nights in late May and we had a wonderful experience. Maudie the host was very friendly and helpful from the beginning all the way through to the end of our stay. The barn is just how it looks in the pictures, beautiful, spacious but also cosy at the same time. There’s plenty of entertainment such as board games, TV/Netflix, music speakers to keep you entertained on a rainy day. It’s a short 15-20min drive to the nearest big town which is Stow-on-the-Wold, which is easy enough to do since I’d imagine most guests will have a car. We were also provided with plenty of recommendations from Maudie, for things to do in the local and surrounding areas. Overall this place is brilliant! I would absolutely go back again if I have the chance.

The apartment was 5 stars all the way. Beautiful location, sophisticated decor, hi tech appliances and stunning views. Chris and Tanya were helpful and responsive, it was an exceptionally enjoyable stay

Howard's place is spot on .Nice touch with the bottle of prosecco and Victorian lemonade. Would recommend to anyone. We will be going back at some point ,10/10

beautiful place. So calm and tranquil, we loved all the greenery around and feeling like we were up in the trees! Jo is a lovely and very friendly host. We loved sitting out on the balcony listening to the sheep and lambs.

We loved our stay here. It is on a main road but once you are inside it is very peaceful. Being set back from the sea by wide water means it is also very private for a beachside property. There were a few bits left for our arrival which was lovely and we felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The beach was about 2 mins from the door but there was always plenty to see from the window inside. Comms were great and instructions were clear and helpful. Highly recommend this one for anyone looking for a chilled and relaxed break near the sea. Really lovely.

Victoria’s flat was amazing! She definitely deserves a 5+ rating! What a wonderful find! The charming town of Tetbury is easily walkable from “The Retreat”. There are so many places to eat, drink, walk, shop and explore. We would love to return! Thank you, Victoria, for sharing your lovely flat with us! It was perfect!

We had a perfect weekend at Phil and Larraine’s. The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The outside seating area and garden was lovely. Our hosts were always available if required but also respectful to our privacy. We felt like the place was ours and settled in from minute one. Thank you Phil & Larraine . Just one more thing - those views WOW!

By far, the most beautiful airbnb we’ve stayed in. The way this property has been decorated is incredible - so much so that we changed our plans to spend more time in to make the most of it. The kitchen was well equipped (like the rest of the house) for us to make dinner. Angus was really friendly and had great communication throughout our break. If you’re not used to having people live near you, it’s good to know there is a little noise from upstairs - however it did not impact on our stay. Would highly recommend this property for if you’re looking to stay in the peaks.

We had a great stay at this lovely apartment. It’s stylishly decorated, well-equipped, and just a short walk from the centre of town. The cot and high chair provided were perfect for our 1.5-year-old, and everything was very comfortable and easy. Check-in instructions were clear and straightforward. Parking outside the apartment was full when we arrived on Friday evening, which made unloading a little tricky, but there was space on Sunday when we left so it may just have been the timing. Overall, a really nice base for our weekend and we’d definitely recommend it!

This is an absolute gem of a place and location, with views right across the Darent Valley. I only wish we could have stayed longer! The place was spotless and everything had been perfectly prepared and very well thought through (from the local hand-drawn maps right down to the vast array of toiletries on offer). I can't think of a single thing to change or improve about the place. Diana was a lovely host and provided a lot of information prior to arrival. She had also found some suggestions of activities for us tailored to our interests, which was frankly above and beyond. We were very grateful and it was clear a lot of thought had been put in prior to our arrival. I could carry on for pages but in summary, we have already recommend the place to family and friends and we be pleased to offer our recommendation here too. Thank you, Diana, for such a lovely place to stay and we hope to be back soon!

Beautiful flat in a lovely location. The deck overlooking the garden was such a bonus.
