“A totally fantastic place to stay. Eric has thought of everything, literally only thing that you will need is your toilet bag and yourself. Property is spotless, easy to find and Eric replies to messages very quickly. Will stay again”

“The flat is spacious, well decorated and cozy. Good for a couple days stay in Manchester. A couple items: - The location is great but it can be a little deserted at night, particularly if walking back and forth from the city centre where you have to cross the ring road. - I also found it hard to get the heating to a comfortable level in the winter. Bring warm socks! Overall I would recommend.”
