Private mini studio, air-conditioned, attic, with 2-seater spa, facing the TV, and equipped kitchen. The little extras: The secure parking space, and the bicycles made available. The proximity of transport, shops, 2 minutes walk and the city center, the elephant, are within 5 minutes by car. The hideaway will be the perfect place to recharge your batteries in our beautiful city.

Lovely T1 bis in the city center. Ideal location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bicycle racks are provided (within the limit of 2) so they will be safe.

Very nice apartment located on the 2nd floor with elevator elevator. Its location in the city center, 2 steps from the Opera, will allow you to have a pleasant stay. With an area of 42 m², it can accommodate 3 people, has a large entrance, a spacious bedroom with TV, a living room/kitchen with an extra bed for one person, a small shower room and a separate toilet. In the immediate vicinity: shops, bars, restaurants including the famous brasserie "La Cigale" 100 m away.

Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone.
