Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view of Lago di Albano. Castel Gandolfo the town is a 10 minute walk away, which is convenient. Good designated parking in front. Valeria was very responsive t noir needs ot questions.

Gentilezza, disponibilità contraddistinguono Giampiero che con il suo gusto ha creato un ambiente fantastico dagli spazi generosi e dotato di ogni confort. L'appartamento è tenuto con cura pulito e in ordine. Se avrò occasione tornerò sicuramente.

Pierpaolo is an extremely responsive host. He met us personally at the airport,early in the morning and checked us in immediately, even though check-in was announced in the early afternoon. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious for two people. No need for air conditioning,because it is very cool. It has everything you could need in a household. The area is very quiet, there are many good restaurants nearby where you can taste the typical Roman cuisine, cafes, shops, pizzeria. The beach is a 15 min walk away,where there is one with free access and a paid area,where it is not so crowded. Transport to the centre of Rome is also very well arranged. In other words the apartment combines everything you could ask for,to combine a trip and a holiday in one.

Logement très agréable, tout est à disposition ! Idéal si vous venez avec un chien, une douche extérieure nous a permis de rincer le sable de la plage qui se trouve à deux pas du logement ! De la place pour se garer si vous venez avec votre voiture ! Hôte très agréable et surtout très réactif ! Si l’occasion se représente nous reviendront ! Merci encore ☺️

Alex was friendly and communicative throughout or stay. He graciously left sweet treats, toasts with jam and espresso pods for our enjoyment. We felt apart of Rome’s city life because of the apartment’s convenient location.

I had a great stay at Elisabeth’s place in Rome. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well located. Elisabeth was friendly and helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly during our visit. The whole family was very happy with the stay. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Rome.

We had a very nice stay in this beautiful apartment, the check-in was done with our host Nikolic, very friendly and generous. He invited us for a welcome drink and filled the fridge with above the standard essentials. The apartment is as described, huge with lots of light and a terrace all around, it is situated very near the train station. Many thanks Nikolic for your kindness and welcoming!

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

The perfect house, the perfect village, the perfect hosts. Sermoneta is magical and this house is the perfect place to explore it from. The house matches the photos exactly, it was spotlessly clean. The hosts were responsive and friendly. We really felt like locals - we got to know the local baker and cafe owner- and our son spent happy hours playing football with the local children. This is the most perfect and picturesque location - and a wonderful experience of an authentic Italian village

No doubts Antonino is one of the best hosts we had after 50+ travels with Airbnb. The location is really unusual but easily reachable with a car, Antonino provided detailed guidance and met us personally. The main note here is that initially we wanted to stay in Artena in order to go to Rome every day but we didn’t even go there (we’ve been there before). It might sound crazy but we were impressed with Artena town hill much more than with Rome when visited it a few years ago. Thank you for everything Antonino. Highly recommended.

My family and I loved nearly everything about this villa. The entire property was beautiful and very well kept. Anna was very communicative throughout our stay which was very much appreciated. It would have been helpful to have a clearer picture of the transportation situation, with having to schedule rides due to things like the grocery store being out of walking distance. We also would’ve loved to have more detailed information about the town so we could schedule time to explore. Overall we very much enjoyed the amenities and we would certainly stay again!

Roberto’s place in Castel Gandolfo was absolutely perfect. It’s so well maintained and has everything you may need! Roberto was a kind host that even offered to drive me from the train station. The home is in a perfect location just a 3 minute walk from the main square of the town. Definitely a slower/quiet area at least when I was there in October but stunningly beautiful :)

The property was lovely- just like the photos and better! Francesco was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. The property was clean and had a modern feel but still elements of a classic look which I love! Plenty of space for two people. By far my favourite place in Marino that I have stayed at- I can’t wait to return!

The best Airbnb experience for us so far! Marco helped me prepare for a marriage proposal, which I really appreciated. Upon our arrival, we asked about good restaurants, and he gave us a quick tour of the area, sharing his insider tips(amazing food!). He was an very friendly host with a beautiful apartment. we can only recommend it to you!

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto! La casa è situata in una posizione strategica a Parco Leonardo, a pochi metri dal centro commerciale, il che rende tutto estremamente comodo. L’alloggio è dotato di ogni comfort: arredamento curato, cucina attrezzata e ambienti confortevoli. Ideale sia per chi vuole esplorare la zona che per chi cerca un po' di relax. Sono davvero soddisfatta e lo consiglierei a chiunque! Grazie per l'ospitalità.

Sono stato con la mia ragazza qui due giorni e non posso che complimentarmi con Alfio per la splendida struttura .Non mancava nulla e sembrava di stare a casa mia .Alfio è una persona disponibile e molto educato e questo lo caratterizza molto ed è uno dei motivi che lo contraddistingue dalle altre strutture qui in zona dove sono stato.Lo consiglierei a tutti …ottima soluzione vicino al mare per chi vuole passare dei giorni di spensieratezza e tranquillità.Grazie ancora Alfio ❤️

Consiglio l'appartamento: pulito, curato, confortevole, cucina dotata di tutto quello che occorre! e poi guardare fuori dalla finestra e vedere il mare non ha prezzo! We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!
